I always love this this place! My car is always super shiny and clean even with the $6 wash. I love the colored soap and the clean your rug feature at the vaccums.

I like this car wash because it is approximately half price of a lot of other ones. The wax treatment is very good. Even though they do not provide a service for vacuuming the car, sites to vacuum yourself and clean your windshields inside are available. I find that I do a better job than any of the people cleaning windshields with the more expensive car washes.

Very nice place. Especially today and especially Paul. I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car. He lent me his phone so I could call AAA and made sure I got help okay. I always liked their car wash, but their help today was invaluable. Would recommend them to anyone.

I love the value of paying $6 for a basic drive thru wash and especially appreciate the vacuuming is included. They were out of cleaning spray for the windows this time which was disappointing. The worker stationed at the pay spot did not have a mask on which made my family uncomfortable and he was super close to our window. And the pre washers did not even touch our car with the scrub brushes at all before it went through.

Phenomenal! Brought a truck in that had been sitting for 6 months. The whole crew jumped in to do a thorough hand wash before sending me through the automatic. They really made sure this thing got clean, even at the expense of taking a little longer to get through. I was thoroughly impressed!

They did a nice job. On my car. Missed a happy but 99.99 percent isnt bad for a car wash. 🥰

Good car wash but they just raised prices; seems every business is increasing prices. Too bad pay doesnt keep up. Love that this car wash is right up the street.

I wish the employees put a bit more effort into brushing down the bad spots on a car before sending it into the wash. Some do really well, but a couple of them spoil it for the rest of the team.

Whomever worked the night shift on 11/5/20 did an amazing job. They took extra time prepping and spot treating every vehicle. Before they did a pretty good job,this time was exceptional,hopefully this the new norm. I was really impressed this visit.

Sams Xpress is ok but others do a better job cleaning the outside of my car. I would recommend for a quick wash but the car does not always come out clean. Good enough to get most of the dirt off.

Pretty nicely priced, free vacuums to use.. and they have clean microfiber towels for you to use to dry your car.

I wish they did better on tire cleanings. Always have dirt on my tire rims after a cleaning when I am there vacuuming after the cleaning. Super annoying to pay $17 for a cleaning to still have dirt left directly after a cleaning.

I give a 3 star because the workers that suppose to brush the cars dont do a good job, one may brush the car on one side and the other side doesnt get brushed. So I had to wash my car twice, but who have the time to keep going back to rewash their car? I dont! I can say that they do have a strong suction vacuum and they dont give a problem on the rewash. Over all I like the carwash.

The guys and girls do a great prewash and the truck comes out great. Today my tires were muddy and the wash took care of the crud.

Like the ease of just pulling up and getting a good wash. They always do the prewash scrub on the problem areas and my car comes out nice and clean. Sometimes hard to find a towel with how busy they are, but hey, I just bring my own now and all good.

Equipment needs maintenance; vehicle comes out extremely wet despite passing through blowers. Line being passed to quickly. Vacuums are often plugged rendering them useless. Went through yesterday has chamois stuck in my mirror and have some type of oil on the exterior of my door. Previously courteous staff gone. Have been a customer since the place opened. Pay monthly fee on 2 vehicles. That is going to end. Too bad. Was great once.

I love Sams Xpress. It is neat that when your car goes through the cleaning process they have colorful lights. The kids enjoy sitting in the car to see the different colors. It doesnt cost alot and they have vacuums that you can use as long as you need. They supply window cleaner and rags. For a couple dollars more, they have a machine that you can put your floor mats through to clean them. The one in Lake Wylie has gas and when you get your gas you get a discount for using the car wash. If you are wanting to clean your car, Id suggest you give them a try.

This place has went down so much. If I still lived in Charlotte, I would try another chain that offered unlimited washes. Several vacs wont work, everytime. Lots of parking spots blocked off. Towels no longer provided. Hard to find assistance when needed.

Always have a good experience here. My truck shines like new after my wash. They have 4 to 5 different washing to choose from and you can get add ons to your wash.

I paid for the second best one and it was a nice experience but my car came out just as nasty as it did when it went in. I got to vacuum it too so that was good. Overall it was cool and will clean your car.

Good Automatic car wash. Even cleans the tires. You have to vacuum the interior your self, but you dont have to worry about some crackhead stealing your sidearm.

Love this car wash! The employees are always willing to scrub a little extra whenever Ive asked them to. If I wasnt happy with the final car wash results theyve run my car thru again no charge. The exterior of the business is always clean. The inside is also just as clean. And I truly appreciate the 4 day free wash ticket I get with my purchase.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Really good wash !

While I was vacuuming, one of the guys came over and noticed there was some sap still on after the wash. I park under a tree and had no expectation of taking it all off completely. He offered to run it through again and the team spent a good 4-5 minutes scrubbing the sap areas and it looks amazing. They went far and above what I paid for and Ill definitely be coming back every time I need a wash. Thanks guys!

Great car wash.

I have to first state that I had been apprehensive about driving a brand new vehicle through an automatic car wash, as I had heard horror stories of old. Those are NOT applicable here! Sams Xpress is a modern technologically superior marvel, with caring and very hard working people that go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safely cleaned, and that the customer is satisfied each and every time. Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to vehicle detailing, and Sams is the first (and only) place to earn my continuing business. Highly recommended!

I got back from a road trip where I was in a very snowy area. I had salt all up under my car. These people let me go through as many times as it took to have the under the car sprayer spray off all the salt. They may be one of the only areas in town that have the part of the car wash that sprays under the car.

I went there this past Saturday and was very disappointed. I had a coupon for $5 off the top wash. I paid my $12 and waited my turn. I noticed while sitting in my car going through the was everything wasnt done. When I got to the vacuums I noticed my tires were not shine, so I went inside to say something. One of the employees did go put tire shine on but that didnt help with all the other things that I paid for and didnt receive. I guess I know now to make sure I say what I paid for as I enter the wash.

Staff is always helpful, car gets nice and clean, two vacuum nozzle options, and they have a car mat wash too for a little extra. Dont forget your free coffee inside, its pretty good. Bathrooms are clean too, always a good thing.

Chase is the man. Glad he is out of school so he can rest. The guy needs a raise. To good at what he does.

They are always so friendly now this is the one in Rock Hill . I tell you when Im vaccuming out my car I may look up and one of the worker would be wiping my car off. Then they will say let us know if you need anything. And their not working for tips because they dont except those. They are just Great friendly people. We have a membership on both of our cars with them.

Great service. I didnt know what to do my first time through. They were very helpful. It was also nice to be able to spend as long as I needed vacuuming the car. They also have a car mat washer for a few extra dollars.

Im writing this review from my car as I go through the wash. I had a flock of bird poop on my car, one guy said I worked in a carwash for 3 years and never seen anything like this. They spent extra time and effort to get all out. About 4 or 5 guys scrubbing my car for several minutes, luckily nobody was waiting behind me, so no one waited. I tried to tip them, but they wouldnt accept. Awesome employees your company has! Thank you guys!

Really nice facility. I cancelled my membership in Charlotte and signed up at this store as they always have friendly staff (and enough to pre-treat my vehicle). The interior is also the nicest in our area with a very nice coffee machine. They also walk through the finish line area making sure everybody is happy repeatedly.

Not super-impressed. I bought the $12 deluxe wash. There was a lot of colorful soap foam left on the back of my car afterwards. Luckily I had a towel in the car to wipe it off when I was in in the vacuum area. There are guys out front before the wash that hand scrub some areas such as the rear view mirrors. When I got home I realized that they had only done one side of the car. I had to go over those spots myself b/c they were noticeably dirty. Will continue to wash my car at home in the near future.

Its nice and clean inside,but every single time I come here I still have to scrub bird poo off the car after. Smh and theres no towels to wipe the car off. I think im going to start using the one by Publix. Its inconvenient, but cleans better and they have free towels to use

My go to place for a quick car wash and vacuum. I always go for the top wash because its the best deal in my opinion. You get two great washes for $18.

Amazing place and the staff are very helpful they went above and beyond and made it seem like a full service experience. Ben even took my rubber mats and scrubbed them and power washed them for me. I will be returning for all my future washes

This is a great place to get your car washed. You may have to do a little pre-washing for stuck on stuff, but it does a good job overall. I dont enjoy having to vacuum out my own vehicle, but this isnt Auto-Bell and the prices are MUCH better!

Great Place!

I have a business trip and need my vehicle cleaned early Monday morning. I was immediately greeted by Brandon. I mentioned needing my rubber car mats washed he said the can do that for me. What customer service he again greeted me at my car to confirm my satisfaction and i was and he then asked me about my mats. Wow i was again surprised and wowd Is the place for real. Less expensive and amazing better service than the Bell. Brandon cleaned my mats to perfection and did it with a smile. Highly recommended i continue to be impressed by awesome employees like Brandon. I am writing this review while enjoy my gourment Latte in the indoor lobby did i mention the have all kind of choice and get this they are free. I would give this place 6 Stars if i could simply Awesome Thanks Brandon

My rear end of my car wasnt washed well. Vacuums were having a bit of trouble this time. Come often, and usually have fantastic results

$13 and car does not look much better. I understand it will not be spotless clean, but front, windshield still very dirty. I always wonder if I get the cleaning program I paid for.

They got mud all over my driver floor mat. Did not clean windows or rims. No new car scent. They were very busy but did not do a good job at all. Manager special cost $26 and it was not worth the money. I got home and cleaned the car myself and had to go to my local car wash to clean my floor mats.
