When we first purchased our two packages about a year or two ago, this place was awesome! Very clean, the car wash itself done a good job and the vacuums were phenomenal. Now, not so much.I’m not sure what’s happened but the place just looks nasty and run down. And not sure why because our fees haven’t gone down any and are withdrawn from our account steady and on time.The parking lot is filthy with trash and other debris. The vacuums RARELY have any suction to them. Currently an entire line of vacuums is taped off. We had to wait in line the other day just to find one that had any suction at all and the nozzle kept falling off the end.We live in Lancaster and travel to RH at least 2x a week & try to stop by each time. It’s not looking good.Zips, please get it together.

Thought we had found a go to car wash last year (tried Sams and were not satisfied). First two or three times at Zips were good so we signed up for a plan. MAN, how quickly a business can go downhill. Two brushes have been out of service for over a month. The lights at the end dont work to tell you when to go. Vacuum hoses are broken many times.No rags for drying. And the compressors are at a damage the ears decibel level (not even kidding). We will give one more month and then were out. Yall are going to be put out of business by any carwash that moves into town (hopefully a Five Star) if you dont step up your game. To top it off, there is nowhere on their corporate site to address this stuff. Cant recommend...

Twice now I’ve paid $25 for a all inclusive wash with supposed “ceramic” coating. Get to that section and nothing extra happens. I’m still getting the same wash I used to pay $20 for. Do better folks…

Good wash if its running slow, but when its busy they run the cars through at a faster rate, then not so good.

They change your plan with zero notice. Plan was changed to a different rate with just SOAP AND WATER after me having my plan for over a year smh The point of the plan is to not wait in line but EVERYTIME its only one lane open so a long wait. And just to come out the wash and the car is always still dirty so you have to wait and go through a second time MAYBE it will be clean. So only offer to me after questioning my plan change was to read a card in super small print that they can change every month if needed to and next was to cancel. They were ready and willing to hurry up and cxl the plan. Found a better place to give my money to that actually detail after wash. Zip no more 👎place on pineville. With the young boy who thinks if he fast talk you, you will go away tried to tell me who had the plan longer than he worked there what i was paying. 👎👎🙄

Paid for a $25 full wash. Attendant barely sprayed the car on the way in to the wash. Riding thru and the right side scrubber wasnt even working. The whole right side of the car wasnt even touched. The overhead scrubber wasnt working either, just flipped over the top of the car. Get finished and of course there were no rags to use and 1/3 of the vacuums werent working.

Very helpful, very honest, love the service and being able to wash my car as much as I want. I appreciate the free vacuum service and nice to be able to clean and go.

I rolled in to the car wash today and the new manager was working stepped out recognized me and gave me his word that things were improving. I know about several of the issues are working to fix them and have already begun replacing vacuum equipment. As it stands I always go here before I go to a touch-free wash and the towels do help with cleaning I hope to see you more improvements in the future.

Only giving two stars due to friendly staff. But the wash itself was terrible. Paid $15 for the wheels and wax package. The hood and roof of my truck didn’t even get cleaned, only the sides of my vehicle looked decent.

To be honest, the wash is not the best, even the high price wash. However they have towels available to touch up your tires, because youll need it! Also if you travel a lot and deal with bug bumper like I do.. Just go some place else.. LOL.. The employees are also friendly

Update I am still being charged for membership which cancelled a month ago.not good!Used to prefer this company over the others. Was getting frustrating with paying top washes and the car looks barely touched.Also the vacuums need some tlc, tried three different bays. They have all list suction and no one seems to care. Prices do not match the service. Had to cancel. Hate it since so close to home...

Chris M. Gave us nothing but attitude when we wanted to ask him to add another car to an account. This isnt the only time Chris M. refuse to give us good customer service. But today we got our service from Jonathan Days. He was respectful and gave us great customer service. He answered all our questions. Thanks Jonathan Days.

Line was held up from another customers issue but they got it straightened out fairly quickly for what was going on...very good customer service! A basic wash has gone up tho... little expensive.

The guy guiding me into the wash didnt even attempt to direct me, his nose was in his phone the entire time.That’s not the worse part; the property is an absolute dump. There is trash and filth everywhere, I didn’t even bother touching the vacuum because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the wash did well on the exterior.

Bought the 16 $ car wash. The wash seemed to be really express which was seen in the result where I had to clean quite a few areas afterwards by hand. Possible reprogram the system for a better result. It just felt too quick :-(. Vacuum was good.

At first this place was great, now vacuums hardly work and they didn’t even spray my car off as I went through now? Maybe the new one opening soon will get this one in check.

PRO: I have the zip pass so its super duper convenient to drive up and get scanned right through. The pass pays for itself if you go twice a month because it is unlimited!CON: I just got one of my left side panel completely repainted and it now has scratches.. the scratches are not as apparent on the side as it they appear to be on the hood and trunk.

Great wash with monthly wash programs. Just be mindful of using their drying rags. Used one recently and ended up with what I believe to be tire shine on my windows and I had to scrub them 3x to get it off. Overall love the program though.

Car wash is OK at most, totally misses the back of the car, and most of the time the tire shine either doesnt work at all or only get one side. Doesnt clean my wheels at all, doesnt even clean my front bumper. Everytime I have gone I have to get out and reclean alot of my car.

My car didnt get clean. The female employee that I dealt with was very rude and condescending. I will never go go back there. I will never recommend them. There seem to be no organization. The attitude of the employees is not very good toward their manager. As if the manager has no morals. Nevermind that the place is always filthy. Had to change my review because with the recent change in management or whatever is going on there I just wont go back.

Every time I use this location I never leave disappointed. The manager Joe is great and has a true passion for what he does. You can tell the staff takes their time with your car and doesnt just try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The property is spotless and there is always plenty of clean wash clothes to wipe your vehicle down with. If I could give Joe and his staff more than 5 stars I would because they definitely deserve it! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

From the photos this car wash looked touchless I tried calling to verify but no answer. I go and pay at which point I still couldnt see but figured it really was touchless from the amount of black cars there. They do have a brush and the attendant said he could retract it since there was no possible way for me to get out of line at that point. He didnt retract them after all and then I tried 2 vacuums with no suction at all. I was so annoyed at that point I just left. Ugh. Thank goodness I havent had my car buffed out and ceramic coated yet from damage at a previous car wash.

Every since this place changed owners, its like they dont care. Ive been going to this car wash for years with the monthly pass. My car isnt clean after running through now. They never have towels EVER...(even way before covid) the vacuums are always clogged and no one will come help you! Ill just go somewhere else!

The wash is terrible! Always leaves spots, the dryer SUCKS and they only prep 1 side of your vehicle before going in. Ive tried to email 3 times to cancel my monthly subscription, and they keep billing me! Have to go n person this weekend to do so. Horrible.

One of the workers offered to power wash my trunk mat when the vacuum couldnt clean it all the way, definitely 5 stars!

I came threw yesterday since the sun was finally out and they were ready to rock and roll ... My car was way over due... Both guys working came out to my car to see if I needed help Chris was very polite and asked if I needed anything George was more then professional and treated me very well.. I usually have tons of trash in my car so I usually fill up my own trash bag cause I feel bad making them dump it when I fill up the whole trash can. But the guys never make me feel bad about it... They are always a A plus team.and they always treat me like Im family ☺️

New owners changed policies just not like it use to be. Had to go through twice because my tail gate wasnt cleaned very well. For $20 I expect a much better job. They dont do any scrubbing prior to you going through. On a truck you need the tail gate scrub before entry. They do not do this anymore apparently. After the second time through I had to use my shirt to clean around the tail gate. I expect allot more and wont be back.

Only took a star because the bugs never come off my car. Its usually a pretty clean place unless you go later in the day but you cant help that with people pulling garbage out of their cars all day. Friendly staff, easy fast experience. I have a monthly membership.

Go to Sams! Price is almost the same. Sams will brush tailgates and rear windows where the wash doesnt reach. New owners came in, prices went up and only 1 person at the entrance 90 % of the time. They spray the windshield and the grill and off you go

Having issues with window sticker. Has had a hard time recognizing it from day one. Employees dont know what to do. Water does get stinky at times as well.

Terrible, car is never clean barely get any soap, theres no vending, no rest rooms and when you ask them to cancel membership they keep charging 😒

Its an ok car wash. The brushes were a little worn and the water being used had a bad odor. The car came out fairly clean.

I work at a car wash and these people do the bare minimum amount of prep work before you go through the wash. My car never comes out clean and there is always dust still remaining on my car even after going through the wash!

Car wash is good but the vacuum sucks!! They have no power and doesnt clean your mats.

Wash was good. But the vacuums had hardly any suction. And while parked to vacuum the car, water poured off the small shade they have. Not sure if well go back for$20 and I have to go somewhere else to vacuum it out.

I went through the wash and the trunk of my car was still very dirty. when cleaning out my car i went to close the trunk and had dirt all over my fingers. i went to ask for a rag to clean it myself and was given an attitude about how there were no rags because of the virus. and was given attitude again when i asked for a rewash because they did not do a thorough job, though i eventually got it. will not be coming back as this is not the first time i have experienced something like this.

If you dont mind vacuuming your own car this car wash has the best monthly car wash package in Rock Hill. Unlimited wash and vacuum for a reasonable fee. They provide microfiber towels for wipe down as well.

Overall the wash has pretty good, only issue was that the back of the car didnt get rinsed off very well. And I saw other cars whose tires did not get rinsed off at all. The vacuums are awesome however and you cant even tell that I own a dog now.

Only reason I didnt give five stars is because my tires were still dirty I dont know if they have tire brushes in the wash or not if not for this I would have given five stars.

Its a good place to take your truck to get washed, $15.00 a month Ill take that anyday of the week.

Its a decent wash. However I usually take and use my own microfiber towels as the ones they provide streak a lot of the time. A little high on cost but worth it.

Not too bad, the cheapest wash is definitely not worth it, however. I go here a lot but last time one of the brushes werent spinning and didnt wash one side of the car very well. Overall it is an easy way to get a car wash and does a good job with the upper priced washes.

Meh. Ever since Zips took over Wiki Wiki their service is subpar. I got my car washed here and other Zips in the Charlotte area and this one always gives me the issues. Went thru several times bc the cleaner left my car cloudy..

I was expecting to be less than impressed, but I came away pleased with the wash job done on my car. My rims were showing signs of brake dust accumulation and this wash cleaned them up nicely. The complimentary vacuuming afterwards is an added bonus. I purchased the $15 option, but shouldve done $20 which includes a 4-day window to return for another wash for free.

Just spent over 30 minuets in line. The gates were messed up. Once you’re in line. No way to get out. Finally made to gate. The gate messed up with the car in front of me and this idiot kept backing up and pulling almost hitting me. Called the phone number and they finally opened and just left at the exit before going in. Appearently new management doesn’t know what their doing. Will never use this place ever again. Used to have no problems.

This is the first time I have been here in a while and I see they changed their name. I then purchased the special for 20 which before would give you a free wash to use in next 5 days, now nothing. I then go through the wash and it seems I dont even get the buffing wheels with this special now, the rinse job sucked and I had almost no tire shine applied. Damn bummer, this place use to give the best washes. Last time for me. I didnt both complaining, just added this place to my ban list. Management/Owners should be doing quality checks not the customer.

Changed my five star I had on here from a year ago. This place has absolutely gone down hill. Wash sucks, buff isnt included with top wash anymore, have to pay extra, blowers barely even work. The machines you can purchase car products out of are empty with sorry notes on them. The past two times I went they had none of the rags to wipe your car down. I understand they are a free perk. But if you dont have any, put a sign up. Workers claim to me its because they dont have enough because people throw them away and they are down to 6 of them that are in the washer, but the bucket they go in after being used has a whole bunch in it. You arent low on them you are just too lazy to keep up on your job. Find yourself a different car wash!

Up until recently I loved this car wash. Over the last couple of months it has gone down hill considerably. I pay $30 a month for unlimited service and this will be my last month doing so. No towels for days now, the piece that cleans the sides of the car has been down for a week due to hydraulic leaks. I just went through and still have dirt all around the wheel wells. Attention to detail is poor (they used to pull my mirrors in for me before going through the machine but not anymore). I think I will be moving to the Sams Car Wash!!!!!

I know due to covid, vacuums are 6ft apart now but there still needs to be another way that people can come back in after a car wash to vacuum out their cars when all the spaces ate taken up.
