I have to say I am not a huge fan of the music they play here or the volume but I cant say enough good things about the atmosphere. Kids playing and lots of smiles. Harold Brewer Jr is very friendly, quiet and does great things with a straight razor. I love being able to relax for a minute.

Very displeased with the customer service here. Ive came here twice nearly a month apart just to see if anything has changed.FIRST EXPERIENCE:. Soon as I walked in the door my son and I took a seat NOBODY greeted us nor said someone will be right with you. I almost felt that we were invisible to them. There were 3 barbers standing at booth cutting hair. We waited for about 5mins and left. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed . Being a lady in a predominately males atmosphere is uncomfortable enough let alone being unrecognized. During the exit nobody said bye or can we help you with something. Grant it : I will say the atmosphere of the building is very pleasant and eye catching with the wall art.SECOND EXPERIENCE:This time my son and I walked in and sat down ...we actually received a HELLO!!!! 😳 It was from the man in the first both area immediately on the left near the doorway (think he had on glasses). I thought things were gonna be different but it wasnt. I looked over to my left after sitting facing the art wall and noticed a barber sitting in his chair with his head back sleeping. Being in the professional business that is a big NO NO especially in front of clients. Nevertheless, my son and I waited for several moments (15-20min )and left to go to Plantium Cuts (5 ⭐️ experience)P/s Both of these experiences was during the week day so they were not busy at all. Matter a fact we were the only potential clients still waiting to be served. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE!

What a great group of guys at the cut creators barber shop, for the price that you pay to get your haircut you cant beat it. I come from Charlotte every week to get my haircut. My barber JB is a great guy hes a twin like I am him and his brother cleve,Big Nick, hoogie Murdoch, and cant forget my Dallas Cowboy and homeboy T Cat. These guys put on a great Super Bowl party every year and they provide the less fortunate with back-to-school haircuts each and every year and they hand our bookbags and school supplies you guys keep up the great work.

Used to be my go to barbershop. Have went for 5+ years until I would get skipped in line for people who the barber knew. I sat from 6am on a Saturday when I was the 3rd person in for my guy until 9am kept getting skipped would speak up and get told “I got you in a second bruh” 🤣🤣 nonsense
