This is a great State Farm. Every call is answered quickly, they are so accommodating with peoples schedules. I had a hard time coming in to sign papers so they would email it over for a signature, that took so much hassle out of leaving work early. They also always checked up to make sure everything was still correct and updated. Best State Farm in Rock Hill.

I’ve been using Rett Rutland for the last 5 years since moving to the Carolinas. They have always been incredibly helpful. Especially the office staff, Noelle and Ross. My most recent interaction left me super happy to be their customer. I called the day I was intending to go to the DMV requesting my policy to be changes from SC to NC. Despite the short notice, Ross worked diligently to get my policy rewritten and sent over to me in time for my DMV appointment; and he didn’t give me any grief about how last minute I requested this information. It was great customer service.

Rett handles all of my orthodontic office policies as well as my personal residence and automobiles. I have been extremely pleased with the accuracy as well as the speed of his responses to any questions I have. With a busy practice it is nice to not have to worry about whether or not we have proper coverages in place. I strongly recommend his office for any business or personal insurance needs.

To start, my insurance agent Alan quit the company. Every time I called to speak with him I was told he was out of the office. It was MONTHS before I found out he quit and thats only because I reached out to him. I spoke to the office manager Jennifer at one point in time who was absolutely awful and rude. When I asked to speak to her manager she inquired why. I told her she was being rude and impolite. She Informed me that she had a bad phone call... but if your job is to provide a service and customer service is a strong point, you should be polite. Then my engagement ring was put on my auto policy. (Weird).I was also misinformed about the cost of my insurance. I was told my hill would be about $82. My bill then went up to $119... and I was told my insurance was actually going up to $98 a month. I called and spoke to Ellen. I asked her to help lower my cost. A week later no call back.Ive cancelled all my policies and joined All State.

Rett and his team are knowledgeable, caring, and there for you when the unexpected happens. They will go out of their way to make sure you are well protected, cared for and happy. This type of customer service is rare and hard to find!

Ive had Rett Rutland for years and have always felt comfortable with his staff. Normally I deal with Ellen and always felt taken care of. Recently Ive had issues with my policy and have wasted more time trying to get it corrected. The new agent that Im dealing with seems to think Im a burden and her undertones show it. It has me wondering how taken care of I am if I were to have serious problems. Your insurance is only as good as your agent and if they arent taking you seriously with the minor stuff how are they going to treat you with the big stuff? Im contemplating moving all of my policies to another office -if for nothing else a better customer experience.***** the response from the owner screams I only read the first two lines They are too busy to put forth a genuine effort- it further proofs my point of customer service going down hill 🤷‍♀️

Not super friendly, not exceptionally helpful couldnt remember my name and didnt seem concerned with actually helping me more so like they wanted to go through process and get me out. Didnt set up with them.

I left one insurance company to come to StateFarm referral by An agent in their office I was paying 250 a month for full coverage on two cars came there in November my insurance went up Every month for five months I am now paying 390 a month Just stating the factsAnd now I only have full coverage one car and liability on the other
