Ive had insurance with this agency for years. They have both my home and auto. I have never had any trouble getting questions answered or documents sent. All of the employees are very nice and communication is great. The premiums are not bad either! Ive never had one issue! Highly Recommend!

Been a 25+ year client. Home, 2 Autos and Motorcycle. First based on my discussion with a Co-worker 20 years younger I find out hes paying $82/month for two vehicles both full coverage while Im paying $140 for one full one liability. Agent tries to tell me Im Grandfathered in to a policy where they cant increase my rates due to accidents or tickets. So what...its been over three years since I have had a ticket and 10+ since an accident. Im paying an extra $720/year for this super policy???Then I call to add a vehicle with salvage title and Im told they dont offer that coverage anymore since there is no value on the vehicle. I was asking for Liability coverage only....THEY WOULD NOT BE PAYING OUT ON THE VEHICLE ANYWAY?????Just moved coverage to Geico....insuring 3 vehicles same coverage for what Coery Hinson was charging for 2. Other recent change is that almost everytime I call now goes to automated call holding cycling to Press 1 for two or three cycles before a human answers. Didnt used to be this way....growth I guess?Good for Corey bad for customers. Should have stayed more on top of changes my fault for complacency....recommend you review your policies and get other companies quotes things have changed here?

No one likes to pay for insurance but since we have to it’s important that we find an agent who is responsive and backed by a company who provides good customer service. And this is true for Corey’s agency and Allstate. I’ve struggled over the years to understand the high cost of insurance but Corey’s staff, in particular CHARLI MONTGOMERY, have always been very willing to help me understand and maximize my policy. My daughter has unfortunately had one accident and one stolen car and the experience of working with Allstate repair center has been outstanding. I’ve been able to use my free pass for being accident free for so long and that was a valuable perk.

I have enjoyed my experience with Corey Hinson & Associates. I have been with them for over five years now. His team is very, very pleasant whenever I call and always provides accurate information. There was a time I called and was transferred to an overflow area (another location) and I was given the wrong information that couldve potentially terminated my plan. When I called Coreys team for verification, the lady was apologetic and empathized with me. She gave me the correct information and put me on the right track. That alone and the way they are so courteous will keep me with Allstate and their team forever!!

Switched from Geico to Allstate because Geico was taking advantage of the fact that I had not shopped for insurance in 11 years. When I finally did, I found that I was OVERPAYING so I contacted AllState and was quoted much better rate. At the time of renewal my discount mysteriously disappeared from the account (I had both home and car along with the good student driver discounts). When I received the renewal notice I contact the 800 # and spoke with a rep who stated that she could not see any reason why the discount and been removed from my account but she could not reinstate the discount, she advised me to contact a new agent (as the agent I originally was using was no longer in business). It was the weekend, so I contacted Corey Hinsons office and spoke with an agent that could not give me a reason as to why my discount was removed (we are talking over $2000) and that she could not reinstate the discount until my next renewal period (6 mos away). Spoke with Mr Hinson more of the same cant and I decided to switch insurance companies again. Mr. Hinsons office then hit me with a $263.74 bill because I did not cancel before the renewal period began (which I did not cancel because I was advised by the rep at the 800# to contact him in order to rectify issue, which he did not). Long story short, even though I attempted to contact CEO Thomas J Wilson (with no response) I was stuck paying for a bill for no services rendered because of a mysterious glitch in the system. I will make sure that everyone knows of AllStates practices.

Corey and the team have always been very responsive and professional to my insurance issues and needs.

I have always been treated very well and Coreys agency has always kept me advised of all the items that could be added to my policies. They do an evaluation several times during the year to see if qualify for any deductions but there is never any pressure with him.

Switched to a different Allstate rep. His office was no help and he never would come out to meet me.
