Great people with great response time! Carlo has always gotten us everything we need quickly and efficiently. Hes even went above and beyond to help us out with things that really didnt involve State Farm. Ive never received anything less than great customer service when dealing with Carlo and his team. I would highly recommend them and will always choose Onessi Insurance.

I’ve been with State Farm for years. I have dealt with Michelle and Brook but I’ve never seen nor spoke with Carl. That was okay because I always felt like Michelle had our best interest. She’s very personable. Recently I had some discrepancies with my bill and was not understanding why within 5 months my bill seemed to fluctuate. The rep Doris tried to help but she seemed unaware and sent me to another rep. I immediately asked to speak with Carl and was told he is helping other paying customers coming through the door. This really struck a nerve because I AM a paying customer. I let her know right then to have him call me, this happened on 08/21/2020 at 2:58 PM. I have yet to hear from him. As a customer it definitely makes me feel my concerns are not worthy only my money. This is the first time in 7 years I have ever had an issue with State Farm.

Worst company ever!! Brook is extremly rude and will hang up on you and her boss carlo will tell you your lieing that she wouldnt do that. They will also steal your money and send bills that you never agreed to or signed up for!!!!
