My experience with this office used to be great when their father was in charged of the office. Since 1993 until today, but not for long, my parents have been with this office for cars and mortgage insurance needs. My father doesnt speak English and my mother can defend but not completely understand everything, specially legal matters. Mr. Crook Sr. was great letting us, the children, to talk about my parents insurance needs, with their permission of course. After Mr. Blake took office, things changed a lot for us. He was not willing for us to talk about my parents insurance matter w/o having a power of attorney. I dont know other reviews, but they say wonderful things about them, but it could be that my parents have being too long with this office, and it is time to move somewhere else. Mr. Blake in several occasions have not being helpful enough to deal satisfactory with my parents insurance needs. I was planning to give him a one star, but the description of it is HATED IT. I dont hate it, I am just REALLY DISAPPOINTING for they way he has turned in.

I REITERATE YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THESE PEOPLE. GLAD ONCE WE TALKED TO CORPORATE THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUES THAT WERE CREATED BY THE CROOKSBE WARE YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEVER WANT TO TAKE OWNERSHIP JUST PUT THE BLAME OFF ON SOMEONE ELSE.
