I canceled my subscription and no longer receive the paper, but they continue to Bill me and its at $52 now in the hands of a debt collector! Crooked accountants! Great reporters and writers, but crooked sales and accounting team. Who pays $52 for papers the delivery man himself denied delivering?? I am contacting an attorney to sue them.

Terrible Customer Service. Cannot contact anyone if you have a problem. Have not received paper in 4 days and have complained to a voice message with no response at all. No place to leave message on line. It seems to me they want you to cancel your paper delivery. Has gone up to 144.00 for 13 weeks. That is over 10.00 per week. Paper is so small now not worth it at all. Enjoy reading local news is only reason I have not cancelled already. Evidently they do not care that I have been a good customer for at least 40 years .

Scam & fraudulent. I agreed to do a one time 5 weekend subscription to help the youth and they charged my card again. When I called the first 2 times they said they were going to issue a refund but when I never received it I called back and the last rep said they never took anything. I have credit card statements. Now my card company are going after them. I only received 2 or 3 papers and to top it off they charged my card before the subscription was even over. Never again. So the youth can thank The Heralds fraudulent company

Never answers the phone on anything other than being paid or a subscription problem. Never prints anything negative about the citys problems, even though there are SO many.

Super sad when a customer needs to use the bathroom and you not only deny them, but you call the police!

I enjoyed my visit. But, I have a problem getting my paper delivered everyday.

Litters in my yard even though Ive called to complain and stop their free nuisance paper.

I like The Herald for local news & information, but your rates are about ten times what I pay for the Charlotte Observer. NO THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
