Although this COVID-19 pandemic is preventing many people from going to work and fulfilling their work duties, the same cannot be said about Comporium and their service techs. One Technician in particular, Ben, went above and beyond the call of duty. He arrived with a smile and what seemed like a genuine desire to fix the issue with my service. After performing multiple diagnostic procedures and replacing a few faulty parts my service was restored and I could get back to gaming and streaming movies to my hearts Content. Ben went as far as to wait around a couple of minutes per my request to ease my mind that the service wouldnt just drop the second he walked out the door. His knowledge and expertise made his explanation about how the whole system works easy to follow. A big thanks to Ben for making me a proud and highly satisfied Comporium Customer.
