I have been coming here for all my DME needs ever since I was a little girl. I have tried other places but all they care about is profit which I think is DISGUSTING! This place actually cares about you as a human and money is farthest from their minds. I went in yesterday to get my brand new wheelchair and I had the best service out of any of the other places I have been. (Sure I spent 3 hours here, but it was worth it and needed to make sure my chair was JUST right)

Best service in town! They took extra special care of my grandpa who needed a wheel chair. They had him fitted for a chair for a very fair price. My grandparents are still talking about their happy experience to this day. Highly recommend!

After waiting for weeks for local companies (Eau Claire, WI) to call us back to start discussions about a CPAP machine, we were referred to Anderson Wheelchair. They answered our questions promptly, professionally, shipped the machine to our home, and followed up to see if we had questions. Love this father and sons owned business and will defiantly call them first next time!

We were in town 6 weeks and needed a recliner. Dave delivered our recliner and was so helpful, he even helped me move the furniture so the recliner could be plugged in. It was a super simple process and they were helpful from my first call to order(they got me the correct size recliner for the person, I didnt even know recliners came in sizes) until my last call to pick up. Would highly recommend them.

If you want customer service with your medical equipment, I highly recommend Andersons Wheelchair. Travis was informative and genuinely kind when he set up the medical bed. Honestly, he is the kind of young man youd want for a son or grandson and its his family that owns Andersons, so you know hell be there for a long time. When he was here he even adjusted our own walker to the right height when I was ready to buy a new walker, thinking ours wasnt adjustable. Michelle helped clarify for us and the doctor what Medicares rules are regarding the bed prescription. She worked diligently to make sure all the is were dotted.

When I was visiting the Mayo Clinic for a few weeks, I rented a scooter and hospital bed. Michele made sure both were ready at my hotel when I arrived. They were very friendly and helpful during the entire process!

I went in to see about a scouter and the lady I first talk to told me I needed an evaluation and I needed to see if I was in network. So she took my card and call the wrong number from card, then tells me she could find the right number. I tried to show her the right one but she proceeded to tell me it was the same one she called and it was not. Then she goes get another lady that was very rude and she told me basically the same thing without even calling my insurance. So by then I was tired of their rudeness and left. Came back to motel called my insurance again and the insurance rep said that with my insurance policy I DID NOT need an evaluation, just a prescription from the doctor and they would pay 90% of it minus deductible but that I had already met it so I would only need to pay 10% of it. I didnt even need the letter I had from the doctor. So I called my doctor and got a prescription faxed and I will be getting a scooter from another company. They lost out on a sale. It pays to be kind and not think you know everything.

We rented a joyer lift from Anderson Wheelchair suring our stay at Mayo Clinic. The delivery, pickup, and rental were simple, fast, and affordable. We also purchased a tilting shower/commode wheelchair from them. This chair is a comfortable, multi-function chair which is just what my mother needs while traveling and at home...HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Was told a prescription wouldnt be covered despite talking to insurance and they stated that it would be and saying otherwise/billing for it was against the law. Called 3 other providers and they all LOOKED up the insurance info and said the prescription was covered. Seems like lazy or money grubbing staff

Customer service is lacking here. Had to park in the back due to construction and got harassed about coming in the open door in the back. Was questioned multiple times about if I had an appt or not. All I needed was a couple batteries and the wouldnt help me without an appt. Went to MedCity Mobility next and they had me fixed up in 10 minutes without an appointment.

They were very helpful in delivering a mobile scooter to my wifes hotel!
