Bruno elan 3050 stair lifts are Nice looking, quite, sturdy, they take up minimal space, very comfortable and great safety features. Install was only 3 hours for 2 lifts... Nice efficient clean install too, no messes or anything left over.

Art came and installed my Bruno chairlift today. He was extremely polite and professional. Did a great job training me on safe use, answered questions, and everything looks and feels safe and secure! Highly recommended.

A wonderful piece of engineering that allows me to safely move my husband, post a stroke and Covid, up and down stairs inside and outside our home - none of which are a straight run. We are both in our mid-70s, I am only 5 tall and he weighs a little over 200 lbs, but even so with a little practice I was able to manage the Liftkar. I would suggest that if the operator is short, having a second person with you to assist with balance would be a good idea. The Medical Transport driver who brought him home from rehab was being introduced to the LIftkar for the first time - he was so enthusiastic that he was going to look into purchasing one for each of the vehicles in his fleet. Mobility 101 of Rochester was a pleasure to work with and very attentive to the safety of both the individual being moved and the person operating the stairclimber.

There are a world of bad elderly services out there. 101 Mobility is not one of them. 101 Mobility provided us with excellent service, left us more informed than when they started, and the area they worked better than they found it. I really like Art and his helper (I apologize, I dont remember his name). They were respectful and honest and we were completely satisfied with their work. They removed our lift and I wish we had known of them to have had it installed by them. I highly recommend them. If you need a lift installed or removed, look no further.

We purchased the Elan Stairlift for my daughter who lived with us for the last 1 1/2 years fighting brain cancer. The stairlift enabled her to get up to the second floor, so she could enjoy the privacy of her own bedroom and bathroom. Many thanks to Kelly who went above and beyond to help us. Art Melendez installed our ELAN straight stairlift.He was efficient,very personable and very clean.He even vacuumed the stairs when he finished.He sat down after install and explained the warrenty,how to register and how to use the stairlift.I took a ride upstairs and it was easy and wonderful.More companies should employ persons like Art.Thank You Art !

Working with the VA to obtain a ramp for my wheelchair, 101 Mobility was the contractor to measure, obtain and install. Crew was professional and courteous. Had an issue with ramp length and 101 Mobility corrected the issue. Product is ample for my needs and tested with a 300 pound wheelchair and 200 pound person - Sturdy and safe. Recommend 101 Mobility.

Since we had our lift chairs installed some years ago, we have had occasions to call for service.101 Mobility personnel led by Art M., have in every instance responded quickly, with expert service, great courtesy and always with effective solutions.This company is very fortunate to have such a competent team of workers in their employ.

I was Very satisfied with the service I received from Mobility 101. The guys came in and set up my house so I was able to do the normal things a person does. You see I became a paraplegic back two years ago that forever changed my life. I have a big family so the guys actually came in and did the demolition work, Then rebuilt my bathroom New within a week with all of us living here. That’s me and my five children and parents in the upstairs apartment. Also they put in an elevator so I can get upstairs to the second floor, a ramp on the back deck so I can get up there for cookouts and also fix my porch without any extra cost. They had seen that my wheels would get stuck on the deck where the wood began to Rot and separate so they put New boards in. The door to upstairs is an open Sesame as well as downstairs so I don’t have to struggle with holding a door and pulling myself in with the wheelchair.They put in New floors as well! I am so satisfied with the way the house looks and all the time and effort they had put in to make my home accessible for me to live in. I just want to thank the guys that did all the construction work along with kelly at the office and of course Miguel For his big heart.

Highly recommend 101 Mobility! Kelly was absolutely unbelievable. I was in a bind on a Saturday. Not only did she return my call, but she went the extra mile, called a service tech for me to get some answers, called me back, then opened the shop to get me a part I desperately needed. We ordered an automatic door for our business from 101 Mobility and are so pleased. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and the job was done quickly; it was installed the week after we asked for the bid. The installers did a great job and we love the improvement!

I needed immediate assistance because it appeared that the batteries were low on my stairlift. I call my current provider and was told they couldn’t send help for several days. So, I looked online and found 101 Mobility. Your response was to send someone to my home that afternoon.Art replaced the batteries, serviced the stairlift, and fixed an alignment problem. We needed to get our son in and out of our home. Our son is in a wheelchair due to an accident. We called several places, they came out for the estimates but only 101 Mobility was licensed to do this type of work! But what I loved about them was the knowledge and compassion that they had for us. The work was done great! I would use them again and again.

Anyone who needs help with a parent grandparent or any person who needs help I highly recomend this place Because of 101 my mom is able to remain with me and able to be independent and out if a nursing home

We purchased a stairlift. We had 4 companies give us quotes. They all did ok, but 101 Mobility got us with the service they provide. We tested them out, we called in the evening, we left a mesg and they called us back. We called over the weekend and they also were available! The others not so much... as for pricing, they were very fair and worth the extra $74 especially when it comes to service. Lastly, the techs were supper nice and they know stairlifts!
