Took 2 weeks to get a receipt. Bill was over $100 more than rental agreement. Questions asked with no answers or reasoning for increase. Terrible response time. Van was filthy and tires were border line dry rotted. I will never rent there again.

Returned truck was fithly dirty was not comfortable with condition of the truck I was given had lots of damages didnt feel safe driving

Used Budget in many of my moves and have had pretty good experiences.

I had a good experiens both them.

Very friendly and helpful lady, despite the fact that the Budget website let me reserve a truck that they didnt have available. Dont trust the online reservation system! Call to make sure that they actually have a truck available.

I scheduled a reservation online only to find that a truck was not available for rental once I arrived. The only response I received from the salesperson was, well, you shouldnt have been able to do that. Absolutely unacceptable.

Better pricing than competitors. Will use again.

A bit costlier than others but was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. Easy in and out.

Truck was old with 140,000 miles and would not go over 60 without shaking but it got the job done

I have to say that the experience was good. The only thing is that I had to buy insurance for the truck but at least you can be reassured in case something happens on the way. And I liked that it had 3 seats, the one in the middle is not very comfortable but it can be supported.
