I highly recommend Ronningen Roofing! They installed a new roof and new attic vents on my home in 2018. We had a brutal winter in 2019 with severe cold and snow. Prior to this new roof, I had to repaint around the skylight inside my home every spring. Condensation would form and streaks would run down the sides, requiring constant touch up and painting. They did such a wonderful job sealing around the new skylight that I have not had to do any touch up for 3 years. It still looks like the day they installed.They are total professionals. Always followed through with calls, questions and showed up when they said they would. They picked up every nail and piece of debris in the yard when they were finished.I cannot praise the quality of their work and the integrity with which they run their business enough.

I work with a non-profit and we found part of a shingle in the yard this spring. We called Ronnigen Roofing because they have a great reputation, and we cant afford re-roofing the building just because. Jerrod came by and reassured me the roof looked fine, the shingle might not have been ours, and their was no need for any work to be done at this time. Another company might have taken advantage of us and tried to schedule a job. It is good to be able to trust the people you do business with.

The crew came at 8 AM and removed all our existing shingles, and replaced with a shiny new steel roof and left at 3 PM. They were efficient, kind, and cleaned up afterwards.

Eric repaired 9 roof vents together with plywood under the vent for my home last April. I really appreciated their great job and patience to do all of this.However, when I called Eric this year about new repair at my roofing, I never get through the phone. Nobody answer the phone. Even I left several messages, there is no reply. I have no idea if the company is still in the business ?

I was extremely impressed with Ronningen Roofing from the 1st look at the proposal. It showed a lot with the proposal put together sp professionally, clear, precise and with options. The proposal bid was extremely fair and well worth every penny (I had a total of 3 bids). I felt from day one that I could always contact Eric with any questions anytime. Eric was very professional and answered all my questions leaving me VERY comfortable with my decision to use Ronningen Roofing. The crew showed up right at 7AM and was done with the entire roof by 2PM (complete tear off and renew). I was very impressed with the attention to detail with the protecting of my windows, deck and landscaping. I also was very impressed with the clean-up process. Everything was picked up, put back and they spent a decent amount of time rolling over the entire yard with a magnetic roller insuring no nails were left in the yard. -This was very important as I have a dog and 3 kids running in the yard. Yes, like most all the comments I perused below, Eric and the crew at Ronningens did a great job. Roofing is a complex business. For our 12-12 pitch two-story roof with walk-out (making it a 30 foot fall) they were efficient and safe. Not fast, but fast is not what you are looking for in a technical job like this. I would recommend Ronningens to you.

Eric and his team recently replaced a roof on an older home and garage I own here in Rochester MN.In less than three days they removed the old roof, added 6 skylights, put on the new roof and did a full cleanup.I choose the Landmark TL Burnt Sienna and it looks extremely good, Exceeded expectations.Also, had them do another job for me some years ago. They resolved an issue with some bad flashing along the back side of a fireplace. They did a great job then as well.Extremely reputable company, would recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in Rochester or anywhere in southern Minnesota.

Professional for the most part, hard to get a hold of via telephone. Roof looks nice, a few nails were left behind found in my bushes. Wouldnt be a problem usually but I have a 2 year old in the house. I underestimated the noise that putting a roof on would make (not Ronningen Roofings fault) so make sure you leave for the day before getting it done. Was tore down and replaced in less than a day.

He set up a time to inspect our roof on the very next morning.Our insurance company had sent us a letter saying we would need to have our roof repaired or replaced if we wanted to continue being covered by them. Our roof is 20 years old, but looks good to us, so we called Ronningens to give us an independent evaluation.Not only did Eric inspect all the elements involved, but taught me about shingle quality and explained why he thought our roof could last at least another 7 years (barring any natural disaster). Talk about honest! When I asked if he could put that evaluation in writing for our insurance company, he agreed--without charge!My husband and I couldnt have been more pleased. I had Eric and his Crew reroof my home after discovering we had the faulty Certainteed shingles. He did everything he could to help us with our claim. He helped pick out our new shingles and scheduling was a breeze. His crew came and completed the job in one day including cleanup! Like most homeowners, I had no experience replacing my roof until after a hail storm went thru the area and my house sustained significant damage. Jared, their salesman, walked me thru the whole process and programmed the date for replacement with the color and type of shingles we wanted. Eric Ronnigens team that conducted the replacement was very knowledgeable and extremely professional while showing a genuine concern for quality and attention to detail to my house. The crew worked extremely hard and put in twelve hour days, but because of the dormers and tight corners of the architecture of the house it took them an extra half day. I was pleased when they said they werent worried about the time, but that they wanted to ensure they did a thorough and quality job.
