We Dig It Excavation may do a fantastic job at excavating, I don’t know as I have never used them for excavation. I however find the person they hire to plow snow less than professional, not dependable, and rude. I have lived in my home for 50 years. I had one plow guy for 30 years before he passed away. I had another for 10 years before he moved away. My husband used a snow blower until 3 years ago. It got to be too much for him so I hired We Dig It. The owner brought someone with him and told me “Bob” would be the guy plowing. When Bob was plowing he always wanted to sand the driveway. We have never sanded this driveway and I saw no reason to start. Everyone else that has plowed it had no problem and never even asked me if I wanted it sanded. He got upset at me every time I told him no. He broke part of my clothesline and though he did replace it, it was with an inferior product which is now warping. During the last storm in March of 2020, I called and asked him not to plow as it was going to all melt on its own by noontime the next day. It did melt. He got mad at me because he was going to be out the $75.00 they charged me. This year when our first storm came it was a northeaster and I messaged him when he didn’t come with no response. I called him and left a message with him. No Answer. I finally called We Dig It and the owner told me he was not going to plow me this year and Bob gave the owner a lame excuse. So here I sit, snowed in and no one came. No heads up, no apology. Total lack of professionalism. I finally called someone else who came right out, charged me less and told me sanding was totaling my choice. Very disappointing.

Steve came right out and gave me an estimate same day and was very professional .Had him do the job and was done quickly and exactly what I ask for. the whole crew was AWESOME They are comming back to hydroseed and landscape my lawn next HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need any digging

I just wanted to comment regarding Ms. Jeanne Grover. These claims are unfounded and false accusations that are a cruel and intentional act to defame an Excellent Company after 2 years that had nothing to do with We Dig It Excation what so ever.

I must say that I have always wanted to live by the water, however, not like this Im afraid to say. I came across WE DIG IT by sheer accident when trying to find a local landscaper to come by and offer me an assessment. I have been having a major water issue on the back side of my property and desperately needed a solution. I live in an extremely low water grid and end up with a huge pool of water that literally pools around my home every spring.I sent an email regarding the problem and immediately got a call back and set up a time to evaluate the same day! Steven explained to me several different options that were affordable for me and that was a relief to know that I didnt have to do it all at once.I am very impressed with the professionalism and expedited response I received from them. Everything is moving along so smoothly and quickly. Very efficient! I had to comment early, because they absolutely deserve it and I highly recommend them. If they had more then 5 stars here, I would rate them as a 10. Great job guys!Now, I have the best looking lawn in the entire neighborhood! Full, luscious and stunning! Extremely noticeable. My yard needed a makeover and it definitely shows!! Keep up the good work. I am super thankful I found you...... :)

I recently contacted We Dig It to get a quote to make a flower bed in my front yard, add loan to low spots in my yard, and add 3/4 ledge pack in my driveway. Steve came out the same day to give me a quote and scheduled the work the same week. His staff did an awesome job and were so friendly. I will gladly hire them again.
