New Clean and well stocked location.Fresh produce, frozen foods and everything a better Dollar General store carrys

This is a nice, clean, and well stocked store with super friendly staff members. Its the closest thing to a grocery in downtown. I wish this had been downtown when I still lived there. Definitely fills a major community need in that area. Keep up the good work guys!

This store is clean but the shelves never stock and they have boxes sitting in the aisle and every employee be outside chilling instead of in the store and when you come in to shop then the employee wants to come in the store and walk behind you acting like they shopping to watch you I dont like that about that store if you got time to walk behind me watching me if I am going to steal you got time to stick your shelves and do some work in the store i Dont shop there anymore poor service

A very welcome addition to Downtown Rochester, And of course theres homeless people you snobs... its downtown. Were lucky to have a store that sells fruits and veggies downtown.

The address location is deceiving. It is actually located on the even side of the street between 250 and 260. The sign on the outside is DGX...but this is a Dollar General, just a slightly different version of it. From the outside it looks small, but very big on the inside. Great selection of merchandise, well stocked and very clean store. The employees are wonderful, cheerful, and helpful. My congratulations to the store managers and all that work here at this location :)))

Its Hit or Miss for me some days are good some days arent I see some of the employees that used to work there arent there anymore however I frequent there if I have to if I dont I dont go in there and now theyre selling alcohol I will be limiting my time in there even less now

This location is constantly out of product and I cant rely on any one item that they normally carry being in stock. I cant even count on basics like bread or milk being in stock. Less than six months in operation and their produce cooler is already broken, so no produce either. I cant even count on the store having grocery bags at the checkout! This store is either seriously mismanaged, or they need to rethink and adjust how their supply chain operates.

Great layout with a great selection of items. Super convenient for those who live inside the building.

The vast majority of cashiers and customers were either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. Disgusting. Its no wonder covid has been spreading rapidly in Monroe County.

Its not a major supermarket but for a quick in and out it had everything I needed .

Closes 4 hrs before posted time, no notice outside or any warning. Opens late at least 15-30 minutes after stated time. Super understaffed 5-6 days out of the week. Sometimes they have stuff other times they are not stocked for days on end. I suspect this has nothing to do with the pandemic. Everyone is looking for a job, some of whom are willing to put in the work to come in early and work all day. I suspect this location will likely close in the coming months when it gets too cold for employees to not want to sleep in. I don’t really blame the employees for getting paid too little to work. It’s poor leadership for sure. Best of luck to the new business that will likely take over soon.
