Quick loading and unloading of rental items. Questionable record keeping of rental items... had no record of our rental agreement or credit card payment when we returned our item.

This place is awesome. I have been renting from them for years and have never had a problem. This weekend I rented a dingo which I have done many times before. While moving dirt on Memorial Day the starter went out. I have never had a mechanical failure before but they do happen. I called their hotline and left a message since it was a holiday. I got a return call in under 5 minutes. We tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone but we had already done everything he asked us to do. The owner showed up about 20 minutes later and after a few minutes he confirmed our thoughts. The starter motor was bad. He just happened to have one in the truck anticipating that this might be the problem. He replaced the starter right there in the side yard. And, we were back up and running. Not only do they have a large variety of equipment but it is all well maintained and when something does fail, they make it right.

Absolutely incredible experience with rental depot. The entire crew was very helpful from start to finish and the equipment worked flawlessly.The customer service was particularly outstanding when during my rental I had a fairly serious mishap and rolled a 2000lb machine in a very inaccessible location. They came out, helped to get the equipment back in working order again, and were professional and pleasant to work with the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend to rent from them and will definitely be choosing them first for any future needs.

Ive rented equipment here before with good experience - but this was first time during pandemic. I was impressed by the precautions they took to practice safe distancing, clean surfaces, wearing masks, etc., everyone was very polite and helpful, and the equipment I rented worked perfectly. Nice local business / proud to support. I will go back.

I had Rental Depot service two snow blowers and had a great experience. When I dropped them I spoke with a knowledgeable and thorough employee who anticipated a potential issue with one of the units and advise that they would check with me first if it looked like it was going to cost more than expected.The turnaround time was fast and it was a great value at the price I paid. They fired up both the units when I picked them up and also helped me get them loaded. Well use again.

Excellent service! Made an appointment on Thursday for a stump grinder for the next Saturday. Pick up was very quick and they even gave me a quick rundown on the machine. It was in great condition and the stump removal went fast. Drop off was even easier, the guys met me out front and unhooked me while I checked it in inside. Highly suggest using this business!

Needed longer auger to get rid of clog in a pipe. Had what we needed to get job done with a reasonable charge. Happy to be able to use the kitchen sink again!

Asked them to pick up my snowblower and take a look at it, as it would not engage the drive axle. Being a life- long mechanic, I only take anything in somewhere if Im totally stumped. Blower is 13 years old, and Ive done all the work on it, so I knew I missed something, and it had to be simple. (It was...doh!...a chuck key had fallen out of the drive shaft, which I overlooked) Was expecting quite a wait, as its November...Anyway, FIVE MINUTES after I got home, they pulled up and loaded it up. Half an hour later, Steve called and told me your key just fell out of the drive shaft....half an hour later, they were in my driveway unloading it!! Incredible. I was charged for less than a half hour of work. They didnt try to upsell me anything or even ask if I wanted anything checked/looked at. In fact, Steve told me that the great shape thats in, we knew no reason to look further for anything.The delivery guy was great, as was Steve. Fast, really reasonable, what else is there? Based on this, Ill send all my friends there for small engine work. Arent too many places like that left.Mark

Had to take my snowblower in for repair and rent chairs for a party. The repair took a day and the chairs were a big hit. Great Customers service and fast small engine repair makes it my place.

I have rented chairs, tools, and yard equipment here. They are always reasonably priced, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

For such a small place, they carry a ton of stuff. Their tools and equipment are well maintained and the staff is very helpful with getting you setup and showing you how to use specialized equipment.
