Theier delivery driver wont adhere to delivery instructions and even damages packages that are delivered and you have problems trying to change the routing or even to have FedEx hold your package if not able to receive it . just bad run around service.It seems with this service only the sender has any rights to change anything and not the receiver of the package so be warned .

Payed for 2 day shipping. Got in a week later. Package had water damage (it didnt even rain that day). Refused to refund the cost of 2 day shipping. Package looked like it was crushed.

We get home chef delivered weekly. Our Fed-Ex delivery guy drops the box from waist height every time. I finally complained last week. Received our delivery today and the box looks like it went 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. Oh yeah, never received a call back from Fed-Ex about my complaint. Yes, I have a door camera and it is all recorded.

I don’t have an issue with the FedEx office. I’m very upset that people who deliver the packages leave them in the lobby of my building where anyone can take possession of them. I called FedEx trying to find out about delivery of a package and why email information was wrong. I was supposed to receive a call back within the hour to resolve the issue. No one called. I guess it requires a visit to the office. The delivery manager doesn’t work either.

I am a Security Guard that works at a Senior Tower and a Fed Ex worker left two packages in the foyer there is two entances to the building its not guaranteed that the tenant sees or get the packages. These people are Seniors and might not be able to get there packages from downstairs I called Fed Ex spoke to a rep

I went in with 2 picture frames to ship as a wedding gift. Lisa was soooo helpful and was finding boxes for me to use to ship them!! Tje first was huge and the price was a little ridiculous and sge was able to find another and with the help of ed they basically made a box for the frame!! Lisa is a gem!!!
