We have avoided this laundry mat after a few really rude encounters with their employees. Out of convince to where we live - we deicde to give them another try. So glad we did. We have been here in the late evenings - closer to closing time. The last two times - James has been the attendant on duty - he is awesome! He is so polite and friendly, he is always walking around keeping the place tidy, greeting everyone, and he never makes us feel rushed even though we are those last minute customers, at the end of the night. We really appreciate him!

This is the place to get your clothes wash! Safe. Clean and great staff. 5 bucks get your basket and about 3 blankets done. I always feel safe. 25 cents to try..cant say nothing wrong. Only customers are allowed in. Parking in back. Please wear a mask. Go get those dirty laundry done!

First time I dropped off laundry here I got one of two bags back. They said there was only one bag but the label clearly said one of two and I had to convince them to look for a second which they magically then found. Second time I didnt get any, and I mean any, of my underwear or socks back. So obviously there wont be a third time. If someone out there got my underwear or socks, respond to this message because I cant go around commando.

I feel like maybe you need to have better attendance on duty because the Spanish one is very lazy with her daughter here smirking at people and tearing around and you also need to make it very clear that you need to go on a black to come in however I dont see too many people with their face covering on right now Im the only one in here with that on I just pray that my clothes come out clean and I dont know Im on the fence about coming back if I do come back and probably a lot earlier than this cuz I dont appreciate nobody Im sitting on a phone with their child and aint telling me that I had to come in the back however this is my first time coming here and Imma make the best out of it

Bright Bubble is a great lundary mat to wash and dry your clothes. They also have dry cleaning and wash and dry drop off service.

The people there are extremely kind and friendly, but i reached for a jacket I had got back in the plastic wrap, assuming things would be fine, only to find out the front of my jacket is ruined, its ripped up in the front and on the sides with large holes and stained with something blue-white. I genuinely like the people who work here because they are so kind, but its still a business and they have lost mine.

The washers and dryers are really good and pretty affordable and the seats are comfortable however that chick there couldve said to me to come to the back otherwise my clothes came out real clean and dryI may come back just a tad bit earlier

Machines always work perfectly and maintained and never broken or misused theres always a friendly customer service attended on duty always willing to help best experience for a laundromat outside of your own home I recommend for sure 💯💯💯🔥🔥

The pick up and delivery service is great

Multiple people inside not wearing masks or with masks under their nose and the attendant is not doing anything about it. Does this business not care about pandemic safety? I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Will absolutely not be returning here. It’s a shame because it appears the cleanest and most well-maintained laundromat around, but the staff are so unsanitary and, in many cases, rude, I don’t think it’s worth it. Many staff and customers do not wear masks, and no one is there to enforce it. I would absolutely not trust them to do my laundry, and I don’t even feel safe being in there doing my own. Another comment is the about clientele which gathers around the Monroe Ave doors: I know there’s little the management can do about this, but it is still a concern for customers looking to use this laundromat. Unless masks start becoming enforced and the staff is entirely re-hired, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

When they are open they are clean, helpful, and great. But be careful about showing up close to opening. Like today no one is there and the place is locked. Either post real hours or hire more reliable staff

I only did wash n fold. My gfs sports bra and my army duffle bag went missing. The people I encountered who worked there were ALWAYS professional and courteous including when I came to them with my concern. There was no resolution. 3 stars.

Reviewing pick up/drop out laundry service. Extremely helpful, convenient, professional and FAST service. They are accommodating to your requests, clothes come back neatly folded and smelling great! Also very flexible if something needs changed. Highly recommend.

Always very clean, l go for the 70 lb extra large capacity machines. Yes has restroom only for costumers. Wifi and 4 large TV screens even arcade games 💯

Until something is done about the people in front of the laundromat I wont be back. Sketchy characters to say the least and Im trying to get laundry done with my family. NOT cool at all no reason that should go on in front of a place of business.

Clean, nice, Lil pricey, but quick in and outUpdate 5/7/19. I absolutely love this place, its always clean and quiet, parking is easy, most of the time. However today...I was shocked. Please know the staff is truly very nice, always personable. However, the business is getting into doing your laundry for you$. I get it. However, a staff member took a customers dirty laundry, put it on top of the stainless steel tables and then dumped it into a laundry steel cart. I was mortified. That area is for CLEAN ITEMS, NOT DIRTY. The staff member did not go back and clean anything it had touched with someone dirty clothes. Did I mention, the staff member put in rubber gloves before they touched the dirty customers clothes!I dont, I guess I just was shocked. I will be more careful, and skip the folding tables and the rolling baskets.

Normally an impressive place but not on Friday the 7th at 9:30 a.m.a big African American female employee was not wearing a mask and was not enforcing that. And 3 others in house were not wearing a mask as well.

This place is kept so clean and there is always plenty of machines (x large and normal) to use! There is friendly staff on site which keep it feeling well kept and functioning. The only downside is that the parking lot out back is not designated for laundromat users, but I don’t see it as a huge barrier as you can park on street and pop in the lot to unload and pickup.

Owner gave me a tour of each size machine, its capability (size load), cost per load, instructions on dispensers and water temperatures. Plenty of place to sit. Large tables to fold clothes. Plenty of carts. Not crowded. Change machine on site. Dry cleaning available. Off street parking. Unisex bathroom. Patrons respectable. Child friendly. Video games on site

Great laundromat! The other reviews are accurate. Staff is always cleaning and checking on customers. As for pricey, they have machines at all levels. The better/bigger the machine the more you pay, its reasonable. And you can play arcade games while you wait!

Upon entering I was accosted by an attendant asking multiple questions. I just wanted to do my laundry. After saying yes, Id been here before she told me she didnt recognize me in a tone that seemed annoyed. The place is usually clean, machines in working order, well lit and plenty of space to sit between loads. Theres a massage chair, vending machines and a restroom available.

Love going to this laundromat because of the customer service is exceptional. Rob, The owner was kind enough to help me with my things to my car. Its awesome they have specials on certain days. Laundry service is good.. but do not work for them. this company only hire family members and if u go against or speak against a family member you will be fired. not a good place to work for.....unless your a relative

This laundromat, located on Monroe, is great. Theres plenty of machines and they are reasonably priced. Its very clean and theres plenty of tables and chairs to sit at while you wait. There are two sizes of washing machine and the cheapest load is 2.75 on the small machine for a cold water wash which takes 24 minutes. Even the small machines fit a good amounted clothing and the large machines can definitely fit two weeks of clothes or a comforter comfortably. There are plenty of shops nearby if youre the wandering type, but I prefer to bring a book and wait.The attendant was very friendly and constantly tidying which I definitely appreciate. I would definitely consider this place if you need to get your clothes washed.

This laundromat is so pleasant. It was clean and bright and the gentleman (T?) helping everyone was so cheerful. Truly, the best laundry experience I have ever had outside of my house.

Place is clean and machines are good for the most part, but staff is pretty incompetent. Had a machine eat some of my quarters then stop taking the rest. Went to get my money back to try a different machine and was met with a well, what do you want me to do?

Always clean and always see someone cleaning. The owner is very sociable and seems to care a great deal about his customers. They have great deals also and the machines work great. washes run about 25min and you can get everything dry for about 18min. Quickest laundry Ive ever done.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had a need to use a dryer for a 15-20 minute cycle quickly before closing time. As closing time is advertised as 9:30, I figured getting in there a couple minutes before 9 would get me in and out before closing time. While going to enter the facility, I was stopped by the attendant who asked why I was just coming in. I explained to her that I just needed to use the dryer for a short period before the place closed up and she gave me a hard time. I didn’t even put up a fight and then she started to shout at me some more extremely rudely. I will never give this place any business in the future and I recommend that the staff considers controlling their temperament, especially when they are not being belittled or denigrated in the slightest!

Been here twice over the past year. The store manager is courteous and helpful. The place is clean, neat, and well organized. Also has a good parking lot at the back.

This is where I always do my laundry. The facility and machines are very clean and well maintained. The owner is a nice guy and makes a point to greet and welcome his customers.

I live in Greece but I only go to Monroe to wash clothes. I love the $1 off on Tues/Wed and the service is always the best here! Very clean, a play area for your kids and its always quick and easy to wash and dry!

A laundromat is in business to service customers cleaning needs it make no difference how clean or dirty a place is, if your clothes are almost as dirty as they were when you got there then thats an issue. I washed my clothes here and their machine dispensed enough water to get my clothes damp and no more. So I brought that up to the attendant and he said thats how the machine works. Ive been washing clothes longer than hes been alive and everyone knows you need standing water for the clothes to swish around in to help them get clean. Didnt even refund my money. What a joke. But lets focus on how clean the place is.

This laundromat is very clean and the machines are very efficient. The attendant working was very friendly, offered to help me fold my king sized comforter as it was swallowing me and even helped carry my baskets out to my car because it was raining.
