What got this to a 2 was just that the staff was friendly. I was quoted for a job that was suppose to take 45mins to an hour. Ended up taking 2. No big deal... Other than the fact that the main thing I wanted cleaned was not cleaned at all. They left the shower disgusting. They cleaned the shower floor and left the walls filthy and the shower head full of soap grime. The shower has built-in shelves, they werent touched. If I paid to have my bathroom cleaned id expect better then this. The kitchen was fine but they avoided certain areas completely. A huge disappointment for the price. Id look elsewhere

It took them over a week to get me a quote. During that week I received an endless amount of calls and emails of different people following up. After I got the quote, which was too high compared to other services, I still received dozens of emails and phone calls. Some of them were guilt trips (i.e. dont you care about your family), some of them were self depreciating, all were just annoying. Every time I get a call, it is someone else just following up. I inform them in going with a different service and to please stop calling an emailing me. They apologize, say theyll put a note in my file, then I get another call from someone else later. Im not some old person who doesnt understand technology. I block the emails and phone calls but they just come from other sources. I tried calling their customer care line, ironically they dont care and no one gets back to me from there. The maids of Rochester could have the best cleaning employees in the world, but I will never use them because of their endless harassment. If Im having this much trouble as someone just trying to get a quote, imagine how bad it will be for you if you try and use their services. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I was told I would be getting a detailed cleaned which would include baseboards carpet cleaning and vacuumed the works. That is not what I received. The dishes werent washed trash was bagged and left on my countertop. No baseboards were cleaned. Overall it just wasnt what I excepted for over $200. Called the company twice and no one has returned either call. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.Edit to address your response I will try calling one last time and if I do not get a response it is what it is. As for not finding a record of my complaint if no is return my calls how would there be a record? Finally this review is definitely for this company I dont have time to write false reviews.

We’ve used the Maids many times and recommended them to others. They do a fantastic job, very thorough in all they do. Very courteous and respectful. Always ask if there are certain locations or areas that they need to or would we like them to concentrate more on.I will always use them for my cleaning needs.Costs are also quite reasonable for the amount of work they perform.Certainly worth 5 STARS

Great experience! The Maids were on time, friendly, and professional. I was leaving as they came in and when I got home, my apartment looked fantastic. They even went above and beyond with some of the little things. Its hard to explain but it didnt feel like they were just doing a job. It felt like they genuinely cared about making everything just right.

Wendys team has been a lifesaver since the birth of my daughter. Very professional, quick, and they do an amazing job. I would be lost (probably under the mess in my home!) without them!

Certain maids will eat the food from your refridgerator and drink your milk right out of the carton, others will steal your change or anything else they can get away with. No thanks, Id rather clean my own house!

Great job, professional and fast.

I told them i needed a move in cleaning. They sent a group of kids to my house. 4 maids for 3 hours. I started checking their work. There was hair in the kitchen drawers, food particles in the fridge, food in the drawers, i wiped dust from closets, bathroom, and countertops. I pointed it out to them, they took a dry rag to wipe up the things i pointed out. They sent a different crew out the next day to reclean. They did a better job in the kitchen, but didnt make it to my bathrooms. I decided to reclean them myself. I wiped up old toothpaste and hair from the cabinets. I would never call them for routine cleanings and i will never refer them. Every time i think about how much i paid them, i get pissed all over again.
