The cleaner who cleaned my house did an amazing job. She was friendly and hard-working. I left the study, so that she could clean that room, and when I came back in I literally exclaimed “holy crap” because it was so clean. I’ve had my house cleaned by a lot of different companies, but I have never seen it like this good before. It is more expensive than other services I have tried, but I’m thinking it may be absolutely worth it.

We used this service many times before covid, and they were both reliable and excellent. When covid came we decided to shut our house down to any visitors. We carried out the cleaning as best we could (we are very senior citizens), but greatly missed the Maid4Time services. This spring we started our service again with them. We were very pleased when they did a deep clean on the initial service with no increase in price. We were even more pleased at the absolutely amazing job that our cleaner Anna did with the deep clean. In 4 hours she had the house looking its best. She works very steadily and very skillfully. She is now our regular cleaner, which we requested, and she continues the excellent and efficient service.

I didnt use their cleaning service - this review is for the process leading up to them coming and doing the actual cleaning.I called to talk about setting up an initial cleaning, and was told that the person who set the cleanings up was on another call, and would call me back when she was done. 6 hours later, I finally got the call. Under normal circumstances I wouldnt mind a 6 hour delay - its pretty normal. But dont tell me that Im getting a call when shes done with her current call if thats not what youre actually going to do.And okay, thats pretty nit-picky. And if it was just that then I would shrug it off, and certainly wouldnt be writing this review. But it unfortunately turned out to be a preview for the entire experience.When they called to set things up, the person on the phone gave me an initial overview of the company, including a long spiel about how theyd switched from paying their cleaners hourly to paying them a commission per job, and how this had improved the quality of their cleaning and whatnot... except that Ive worked in hourly environments and in commission environments, including a job that switched from paying me hourly for almost a year, to paying me by commission, where I literally went around the city and did work at peoples houses - and guess what? Switching from hourly to commission does the EXACT opposite of what she was spinning - it incentivizes people to get the job done as quickly as possible, and penalizes them for taking the time to do the job right. And yet, here she was, spinning it like it was the exact opposite. That was my intro to her spin-doctor sales pitch.As the call went on it was just constant spin - talking up the company and framing everything in the best possible way and... a good way to put it was that she had an agenda, and that that agenda was 100% about getting me to do what was best for her and the company - including paying more money and committing to more services - and 0% about what I actually needed. Nothing that she said could be trusted. I trust that she wasnt lying outright about anything - but everything that she said was twisted into a pretzel based on trying to move money from me to them. Not once did I get the sense that she was putting any effort into making sure that I got the right services for my needs.She spent 5+ minutes trying to get me to commit to 6 months of cleanings up front (rather than waiting to see how good of a job they did before committing to anything) - and it took me asking the same question several times to even get her to TELL me that it was 6 months - and once I finally dragged that out of her, she spent several minutes straight talking up the company and their services until I finally just cut her off and said Let me stop you right there - Im trying not to be rude, but I literally had all the info that I needed 2 minutes ago - Im going to pass on the offer. Im not willing to commit to using you guys before I see the quality of your work.Normally, I wouldnt be writing a review like this - not when I didnt end up using the service, and when nothing that she said or did was egregious - but the final straw for me was when she said at the end of the call that she would email me the details of the service/cost, and that it would arrive within a few minutes. It took over 30. Like everything else, it was trivial on its own - but the bigger picture was that again and again, the reality that they were spinning didnt line up with what they actually did.Based on the other reviews, I have no reason to doubt that the actual cleaning service that they provide is good, so its disappointing that I cant trust them enough to use it.Im running out of characters - but the math on their 97% customer satisfaction thing at the bottom of their email doesnt add up. Again - the actual percent - 94% - is good, so I dont understand why they feel the need to lie about it and spin things to the point where I cant trust a word they say.

Terrible service. The cleaning was mediocre and the cleaners broke a blind and ripped a curtain rod out of the wall. They were supposed to do a deep clean on the bathroom and did not. When i called, the woman on the phone told me that things broke because they were old and that they were not responsible. Ill have to hire another company to do the work properly.

3-bathroom cleaning. I broke my foot about 6 weeks ago and have not been able to clean. Live with my 84 years old dad and he cant clean either. Mercedes did a fabulous job! She was here for 3 hours, bathrooms look great! She is such a hard worker. Would not hesitate to call Maid 4 Time again and again. P.S. Would definitely want Mercedes back!

Just had a Deep Cleaning service from Jess and Britany from Maid 4 Time. I am very pleased with the level of detail they provided. Cleaned all my appliances and polished my cabinets too! They did a great job especially in the bathrooms. I can’t bend down and get the baseboards and radiators anymore due to health issues. Jess and Brit did both high and low dusting even behind my curtains :) I would highly recommend and plan on using them and the service again. Thanks!!

This business does not pay employees on time. dont use this cleaning service its very crooked. over worked under paid. they fire employees for any personal reason. ( because their short staffed) they have cleaners yell at you instead of training you. so I never learned anything. ive gone days on end looking for a response to receive nothing at all about being paid.( even before I was terminated ) everything they say and do is a lie. ive had many customers be confused when I arrived with a trainer because nobody informed them I was coming. then to top it off nobody knows whats going on but the owner. I call for help nothing. the reciptionest ( same person who hired me?) cant answer anything. every promise made was a lie. pls dont waste your time. its modern day slavery.

I contacted several services & Tina at Maid 4 Time was the only one who made time for us & was within our budget. Sonja did a great job considering we have 4 dogs! She stayed an extra hour & got all the hair cleaned up! The house smelled great when I got home from work & will definitely contact them again!

I ordered a thorough house cleaning for the sale of my home, only after reading their wonderful reviews. Tina made this team available on my timeline and sent me an angel to relieve me of the stress of such an overwhelming job!Nicole arrived with Jessica and assured me that she would take care of everything. Went with this company to try to support a local business. After agreeing on a said price she charged me more than our agreement. She emailed me to accept the charge and charged my credit card any way before I could respond. Her employee was very slow. Ended up staying in my home for 8 hours and there were several things missed that were on Tina’s list to clean. Tina argued with me about items that were not done, stating they were not on the list. When I read her list to her she was like “oh”. Her employee didn’t even complete all the items on the list in one single room. She has a 200% guarantee that she doesn’t honor. She was upset with me that I didn’t tell her that I’ve had cleaning services before. I would definitely not recommend her or this business. I’m currently disputing the charges and reported her to the better business bureau. Buyer beware!

I used Maid 4 Time several years ago for a one time housing cleaning and for deep cleaning my slate floor and they did a wonderful job then. I hired them again recently to clean the slate floor since its very hard to get/keep it clean and again, they did a wonderful job with the owner doing it herself. I appreciate the tips and education Tina provides as she goes out of her way to be helpful. I just cleaned my slate floors this weekend as I do on a weekly basis and the difference of what was on the microfiber mop head after cleaning was remarkable - thats how well they turned out! I highly recommend their service.

A-MA-ZING. My husband hired Maid 4 time as a mothers day gift and OH MY GOSH! it was the greatest present EVER!!! I have 2 kids and while i do my best to keep their toys and books in check, its next to impossible to get the nitty gritty cleaning done. Like the baseboards, mirrors, windows, furniture, etc etc. I went on so long thinking i could do the cleaning myself but it is NO WHERE NEAR as good of a job as these guys did. I walked into my house after they were done and i could immediately tell a difference. The girls were awesome. Most cleaners show up looking like, well they had just cleaned a ton of houses, but these girls had smiles on their faces, were laughing at my jokes, were professional of course and were even laughing with my kids. They were so respectful of my house and my things. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful the job was and the people were. I got a follow up phone call from the president of the company to make sure the house was exactly was how i had expected (far exceeded my expectations by the way). We used Maid 4 Time for the first time during an extremely tight schedule for our Victor, NY Airbnb. We had a family Memorial we wanted to attend during a long weekend. During that time we had two cleanings with 6 beds being used each time. Usually we do our own cleaning, but had to rely on a service for this weekend. We chose wisely with Maid 4 Time. There were no issues and it seemed like a win, win for all involved. We will continue to use Maid 4 Time in the future. I had never used a cleaning service before and didnt know where to start. New baby = not much time to clean! Tina was patient in talking me through the options and we were very pleased with the service over all. The two staff members did a wonderful job. I am still finding little things here or there that they cleaned that continue to make our lives easier! We will definitely use this service again.
