Riley took his time explaining the process and was available at anytime of the day. He answered emails in a timely manner.The crew that put in the cutter system was very professional and respectful of me and my family. They did a great job of installation and cleaned up after themselves each day.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that I know due to the outstanding costumer service.

He fixed the problem on the spot, at the basic rate, and did not try to sell me other products. He was efficient and personable. His company certainly earned my top recommendation.

Riley Rainey (owner) provided a free, on the spot estimate and set up a date for gutter installation on my detached garage. The crew finished in just a few hours and did an excellent job. Everyone on the crew was kind, courteous, and professional. They even fixed a leaky corner on my house gutter... NO CHARGE! You cant go wrong with Riley and his merry band of roofers!

A shout out for Rainey Gutters. I called them to get an estimate for cleaning or gutter screens. Riley Rainey (owner) spoke to me and set up an appointment for 2 days later. Today he showed up, climbed up on my 3 story home to inspect gutters. He cleaned by hand a few spots and told me no more was needed. They looked great. No need for screens. I was so pleased with his honesty and not trying to sell me something not needed. He told me the gutters were now clean and to call if I ever see an issue. Can you believe, no charge even though I offered! I would hire him in an instant if I ever need siding, roofing or gutter work done!

Riley and his team installed new gutters on most of my house and cleaned the rest. Riley is very good at communicating from start to finish, answered questions clearly, and was a pleasure to work with. Chad is awesome, had some issues with my downspouts blowing off and getting bent up, so he replaced them and installed hinges to keep them in place and make it easy to mow around. Class act and professional.

We had tried for almost a month to find someone to do gutters for us in Wanamingo, MN. After submitting almost 7 quote requests, 2 people got back to me and they were both rude and said they would call back. Never did. While driving through the Plainview area, I saw a sign for “Rainey Gutters”. Clever name, but I was able to remember it enough to google it when I got to my destination.I submitted an online quote request and within 2 hours he was calling. He agreed to drive out to Wanamingo (45-50 mins) to have a look 3 days from the conversation. The night he came out, he explained everything very well, was worried about how a certain placement of a down spot wouldn’t direct the water a certain way, everything I needed to know. On the spot he drew it out, and drafted the quote right then and there. Needless to say, it came in way under what me or my wife was expecting.He quoted me a timeframe of about 2 weeks, but a week and a day later he was calling saying he could squeeze us in the next day.I was gone working when they were here but when I got home, the work was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we agreed on. You would never had known they were there because they didn’t leave a speck of the work or debris from the work behind.Highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys!!!
