Seamless Gutterworks offered poor service. I called Seamless Gutterworks in mid-May regarding having my gutters on my house cleaned out. The gentleman from the company responded to my initial phone call and responded that he’d be there within a week. After this did not happen, I followed up five times via phone and email over the course of June and received no response. Finally, I found another company to clean my gutters, and they came less than 24 hours after I had initially contacted them, and they charged me $40 less than what Seamless Gutterworks was going to. Although my job was small, better communication or a polite refusal to help due to other jobs would have been appreciated.

I called the number on their website to a scruffy “hello” on the other line. I wasn’t sure I had the right number but I did. I had to ask if this number was for the Seamless Gutterworks business. He said, “yeah”.I made what I thought was an appointment for the next day with him but never heard back. And no one came the next day.To be fair though I didn’t call them back either. The encounter was a little too non-committal so I decided to move onto the next provider for a service call and quote.

Ive used Seamless Gutterworks twice. Once to put up gutters on the back of my house and once to put fascia back on that blew off. They were very accommodating, on time, easy to work with, quality work and their pricing was very competitive.
