After my pool collapsed all the metal was removed and also my dryer died. Called and they were able to come out quickly. One person was able to haul the heavy materials himself and was a great price!

One guy came and removed 2 couches, and 2 mattresses (with box spring) by himself. Impressive! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the quote I received and the price I ended up having to pay was not even close. Be prepared to pay more than what they say, even if you give them ACCURATE INFORMATION.Other than that, great service!

Very happy with the service we received! Called yesterday to get some info, scheduled a quote for today and they were here first thing this morning, gave a fair quote, and took our stuff. Driver came alone and moved a heavy couch down several steps and into his truck. Getting the couch out of the room required him to remove a door and tilt it vertically. Unbelievable for one person to manage. Outstanding service.

I had Junk King take away a king size mattress. They were able to come the same day I booked them. The crew called 15 min ahead of arrival and were timely. Very professional. I will absolutely be using this company again!

Junk King was easy to book with. They have an online booking button which we utilized, giving us the pickup time and day we wanted for the pick up. Additionally, the website said you get $20 off the price if we booked online. Which we did. We thought that was a nice perk. Unfortunately they didn’t come through with that $20 off. We called junk kings about that and the guy on the phone said he didn’t see any indication we booked online. He put us on hold while he said he went to get his manager - twice. But he couldn’t find him. At that point he promised his manager would call us back. He never did. So don’t count on that $20 off.The truck came on time and the guys in the truck called 20 minutes before they got here as junk kings promised. Sweet. However, I thought it was inappropriate when one of them asked to use my bathroom. Ive always thought it a bad idea to let strangers to use my bathroom. Aside from only letting family and guests use our personal space, I’m suspicious of people asking to enter my home using a bathroom or phone excuse. No one knows what someone is capable of. So in off chance the guy really didn’t need to use the bathroom, but wanted to just look around for valuables, I directed him to the rental office about 300 feet away. He said it’s ok. He’d hold it. But when the truck drove away, it didn’t turn toward the rental office. They left the property. I thought THAT was suspicious.

Sterlyn called me 15 minutes before showing up which was super helpful. He showed up on time and took my heavy tv and mattress out of our 2nd story apartment quickly and quietly. If you need heavy stuff removed and don’t have a truck or time, Junk King is who to call!

I had a small amount of stuff to be removed, just some old wood from a old porch and a old chest of drawers that fell completely apart when the guy touched it and I was charged $140.00. They are price gouging because the City is not picking up bulk items now. I was do dissatisfied with this company and will never ever use them again and is the City was not on lockdown I wouldnt have used them now.Put your junk in the backyard and wait for the City to start again. I just didnt want a ticket from the City about the stuff being in front of my house.Prices way to high!!!!!!!

Called them one day and the next day they came at the time they said they would. Very friendly efficient and professional. I definitely would use them again.

The workers were professional and the price seemed fair for the amount of stuff they took. I also had all items read and waiting in piles outside, besides about 6 pieces of furniture taken out of the house, so they didn’t spend any time other than just loading the truck, so that probably saved some money, as the call center said rates do include time they are there.
