I meet Meghan Haut when she stopped by one day with no appointment. I told her sorry we still have around 2 years left on our leases with the current company we are with. Meghan said well how about if I just sit down and see if I can save you some money and ask you a few questions about your current copiers. Honestly, one of the best moves I have ever made. She was great. Saved us a lot of money when we started to look at how much we were spending. The copiers are a better product and any issue that comes up, Meghan is the fastest rep that I work with that really resolves the issue. We have a lot of Sales Representatives that we work with from all different types of products, Meghan by far is the best. If you are struggling with your copier or just need an honest opinion of what to do, I would suggest you give Meghan a call.

Five stars isnt enough. Last week, we were completely out of toner for our Toshiba copier. There was a mix up in the ordering and we were not going to receive toner for another day after being out a few days already. I called Jackie Benedetto, our sales rep. She did a little research, called me back in 10 minutes, went to a warehouse herself to retrieve a toner cartridge for us, and then asked Mary Kloch, who lives nearby, to deliver it. Mary was so gracious to do that. So, from the time I called Jackie, to the time Mary delivered our cartridge was less than 1 hour. This is superlative customer service. I dont know how it could have been any better. FANTASTIC!
We have been a customer of Toshiba Business Solutions in Rochester, New York for over 14 years. We are a nonprofit organization with 5 offices in Western New York. The equipment, cost and quality of service rank very high when we do our due diligence to reevaluate our copier contract and get competitive bids. The equipment most certainly meets our needs (we use the multi-function copiers and use the copy, print, scan features all the time). The cost has always been extremely competitive. The service is outstanding. In fact, they are one of my favorite vendors. When we have an issue - which isnt very often - we are treated as though we are their most important customer. Cant complain about that! We owe much of that to our rep, Jeff Juergens, but I have no doubt that he is part of a larger corporate culture that recognizes that good equipment and excellent customer service are a recipe for happy and repeat customers.

I have found their staff to be highly professional and highly responsive for both the sales side and the support side of our transactions. All too often you get all the sales effort and then things fall off after that. This is NOT the case with this crew. I have been pleasantly surprised many times with the quality of their after the sale support. They have indeed raised the bar when compared to others in the industry! We are into our 2nd 3 year contract at the present time, and I fully expect that to continue into the future. Our users love their machines.

We have had Toshiba copiers for years. They are very efficient work horses. The copies that they make look as good as the original. Our last two models have had the color feature, which has lowered some of our printing costs. When there is an issue the support staff, such as Joe Refici are fantastic with helping us.
