I was having problems with my Canon Imageclass printer and needed service. The issue involved not being able to insert the paper tray back into the machine because another tray (duplex) was unnaturally hanging down in the interior which blocked the trays insertion. I could not reach AJ directly for a while, but he called me back promptly. We initially tried a few steps to correct the problem, but none of them worked. AJ explained that he thought that the problem was mechanical and suggested I take a few more steps to resolve the issue. I hung up and did the steps which he clearly proposed. Voila! That method worked. I was thrilled to be able to reinsert the tray. I then turned on the machine and tried to print a two-sided document. That too worked perfectly! I really didnt want to give up this solid printer that I have had for over 10 years. I could have driven about 70 miles to his shop for the repair, but AJ was willing to talk me through the problem. I called him back to tell him of the success and wanted to pay him for his expertise, but he refused any payment! How can anyone go wrong with such service. I am so happy that I called him. He has saved me a lot of money, time, effort, and frustration!
AJ has reasonably priced used copiers of all sizes!
They werent able to fix my printer since no parts are available from the manufacturer, but were so helpful to make recommendations of what to buy next.
I cold-called them after googling, and they sent a knowledgeable repairman for our commercial inket printing (we dye-sublimate) and he had it fixed within 2 hours at a reasonable price. He came to my office within the hour. Thanks, glad we found you!
