His phone screens are fake once you drop your phone with a screen protector the screen goes black not only that his customer service is wack he wanted to argue with me and be disrespectful when I tried explain the situation and when I wanted to pay him to fix it for me again he said I don’t need your money he is such a rude man who doesn’t care about his customers

Awesome place i went to apple to get my phone after waiting for an hour apple tech told me thats my phone is not fixable.Then day after i saw this guys working on someone phone. I was hesitated to ask if he can fix my phone i am glad that i asked and this guys was able to fix my phone in 15 mins i was amazed and i was happy that i got my phone back working. Tony was great! My phone screen was cracked so I called around to get an idea of what it would cost to replace. Other local places were very matter of fact and didnt seem like they cared if they earned my business or not. Tony was very inviting. He went out of his way to describe the process, inform me of his parts cost, and discuss the warranty while suggesting other products that could protect my phone in the future. And of course, I got a solid quote that was very competitive. He was even so accommodating that I told him when I could arrive, and he said he would have it fixed over my lunchtime. SOLD! I pre-ordered my screen (the s10+ wasnt in stock) and he was ready to fix it when I arrived. I ate, came back, and now my phone looks brand new. I would definitely go back.

My touch screen suddenly stopped working, so I went to the place over by Target north. They told me it would be about an hour and they weren’t sure if they’d be able to fix my screen because of “touch disease”. iPhone 6 is known for that, I guess. Went back to pick it up and was told it was not fixable. The main chip was broken and that could not be replaced. These days, we can’t go anywhere without a phone, so I went on amazon and purchased a new one. Few days later, I went to The Fix, which is where I have gone the past 5+ times when my kids screens were shattered and broken and they have always done an exceptional job. He told me to come back in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, my screen was replaced and my touch screen worked!! I was super ecstatic! Not only did he do that in a reasonable time - it was $20 cheaper than the other place if they had replaced my screen. I could have saved myself a good chunk of change had I gone there first. Never again will I go anywhere else, regardless if it’s closer in distance. The Fix is the place to go. Great friendly service too!! Thanks a million!!

I just observed a wonderfully honest and refreshing interaction between the owner of The FIX and my mom. Could have easily sold her something she may not have needed, but chose to re-evaluate (for free) a fix he had made 3 months ago. Im a mobile app developer, so Im an overprotective son who tagged along....Highly recommended.

So my gen1 Google pixel XL battery decided to die. Pixels are notoriously difficult to replace parts in, due to a solid frame that doesnt come apart without sacrificing your soul. It is nearly impossible to take the thing apart without doing massive damage to the phone. Not only was Tony the store owner able to do this for me, but he did it quickly and for a fantastic price! He also runs a very clean shop...something incredibly important in the smartphone repair business. Ill go here any day for a phone or tablet repair. Support this business!

Tony does not know how to fix phones he clearly lies to customers very rude very condescending and also very arrogant, all he wants his to take your money. He clearly has no ideas about any phones especially IPHONES I WOULD NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO HIM. He fix my IHPONE 10 for almost 200 and my SCREEN IS COMPLETELY DARK I CANT SEE ANYTHING ON IT AND TO TOP IT OFF HE GAVE ME A SHATTERED SCREEN PROTECTOR AND WHEN I WENT TO RETURN A DAY LATER HE YELLED AT ME AND WOULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE FIX WITH NO PROBLEM I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GO AROUND THE CORNER FOR BETTER SERVICE AND RESPECT. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

This place can’t be trusted I took my iPhone XR screen replacement, he always says the screen is bend when is never was dropped just screen was cracked, I caught him putting fake screen to my original one, second I took my iPad he says screen is bend, my home bottom was working proper now he says don’t press down to hard on it, this is not the first time I had problem with this store ; the guy that’s work across H&M is way better and honest when they fix phones and iPads, Please stay away from This business, because this store doesn’t know how to proper repair things right.Number one excuse the phone was bend,,,, Lier

Had the same experience as Ryan. We got the iPhone back with a near useless replacement screen. The colors looked awful, and it was impossible to type. Went in, got it fixed again, only to have the same issues. The employees played dumb and blamed it on an iOS update. Even though the phone had been updated two weeks prior with no issues. Avoid this place. Most of the 5 star reviews clearly arent from paying customers.Update: Seems like any review they receive calling out their poor customer service and workmanship, they claim to be fake. Great business tactic there. The screen is still barely usable. Well be going to a shop that actually values its customers and the products they sell. 👍

Went to get my iphone X screen replaced. Called to 4 other places and this place was the cheapest by far. Took about 45 minutes and the phone looked better then ever. Got a free tempered glass as well which itself is worth over $30 at ATT stores. This place is highly recommended in my books. Check them out.

We had a shattered screen on our Iphone 6 and the touch screen wasnt working. We brought it in and they knew exactly how to fix not only the cracked screen but the camera as well. Got my screen repaired here and my phone was basically useless after i got it back, the screen acted like it was being touched all over the place non-stop. Took it to them again and they tried fixing it and after about a week it was basically the same. After a few weeks of dealing with that I reluctantly went in again and was told it was an iphone defect and not the screen. Ended up taking it to another place and they replaced the screen and it works fine. I would avoid them fixing anything on your phone.

Oh Tony is an EXPERT in selling COUNTERFEIT. He rather call his shop THE NO FIX. My iPhone screen LCD display was broken and fixed me a counterfeit. I confirmed later when I took it to the apple store as I had a problem with and he was not willing to help.

I called to inquire if they could fix my Samsung note 8, yes but they had to order the part I paid 20.00 for shipping, they were also supposed to fix my glass the owner claimed he didnt know wanted me to come back or just put the wrong color on. got my phone back, on the way to Fast Phone Repair, I discover my fingerprint sensor doesnt work. It worked before I took to the fix, but now its broken,When Fast Phone Repair looked at my phone they told me, they sensor had been bent and twisted. I called the fix they denied they did it.But I took my phone to them sensor works get back sensor broken.DONT GO HERE

Thought I had a good experience until my phone stopped working. My screen broke and I brought it in to get the screen replace. The guy said he ordered the oem part because its not a common phone. When he gave me phone it did not look like the oem screen. But he insisted that it was. I couldnt really argue because he said thats what he ordered and thats what he got. I got into my car and had issies with the side buttons. He fixed it happily. About 6 months later, the screen stopped working. I didnt want to spend money for someone to replace the screen because it is not a common phone and very expensive to replace. So I ordered the oem screen to replace myself - first time doing it. And it turns out after I disassembled my phone that he replaced both the screen AND assembly with non-OEM parts. I never asked for the assembly to be replaced because there was nothing wRong with this. He did it because it was cheaper for him. And it turns out he lost some of the screws in my phone. Would not recommend. Uses cheap parts even though he claimed to use oem for my phone.

Did a good job on cracked screen. The front camera has haze meaning the replacement glass was not cleaned as it was being installed.

Service was quick especially on my lunch break

Had my husbands speaker replaced and picked up the phone with a busted glass peice in the back and a warped/cracked screen in front. Took it back and Tony fixed the back glass peice, said if anything happened to the front screen to bring it back and he would fix it. Two weeks later get a line thru the screen and phone stops working (wont power on). Took the phone back yesterday and he stated in order to replace the speaker he had to bust the screen(never told us this). Offered to replace the screen for $50 and we declined as a responsible business owner should stand behind their work and right a wrong.
