Please changes your online hours since you are not openill till 630 M-F. While the services you provide are great they dont do me any good if I cant get my clothes. And a written sign on the door doesnt do any good when someone checks online and drives in. Thakn you

My husband and I have used this business for years until today. We started bringing his dress shirts to be cleaned and ironed to save me time. I was excited at the 3.00 per shirt price but received all 4 shirts back with a large hole in the sleeve of each arm. It was in the exact spot on every single shirt. I immediately brought them back on their hangers and still with their dry cleaning rage attached to the buttons.....the women owner started quickly saying “that’s not my fault”. Not my fault and would not let me explain or speak. She walked away and I notified her I would be writing a review. These shirts are monogrammed and expensive and now trying to save time destroyed. I will never trust them with our clothes again and what poor service to regular customers.

I had a bridesmaid dress altered here 3 days before I needed to wear it. I was a bit nervous to take it to a place I had never been because the material was a little tricky. However, Lees was professional, very quick - I picked it up the next day - and the alterations were done beautifully. They were also much more affordable than other tailors I have been to in the past. Will definitely return!

Ruined 2 year old North Face Denali Fleece. This jacket was only worn partially for two seasons - I alternate between other outerwear. I have taken this jacket once before to a different cleaner and never had an issue.My jacket is now matted which I could get over, but now all of the seams, edges and zipper area are now ashy gray as if their was too much heat applied? Or excessively rubbed against? Not only is the material of my $200 jacket now altered, the customer service was terrible.She advised that I dropped off the jacket in bad shape, that she could show me in their cameras. I would say yes, bad shape in regards to the amount of pet hair, but not at all in regards to the texture or finish of the jacket. I asked if her camera would show up close what the zipper / seams looked like and she said no... My jacket looks like its a decade old now. She just kept saying that its because its used and was in bad shape. I value my items in life and am super scrupulous, my jacket was not dropped off with worn out seams or zipper as she accused me of. I asked for a refund and did not even want my jacket anymore. She said that this situation is upsetting to her..?! AS if I just ruined her $200 jacket!!?I will never go back here again. If you decide to, I would advise to take before pictures of your garments in store before leaving them.

Both dry cleaning and tailoring customer. Every time its great service, great workmanship, and quality. The turn around is good and when in a pinch they make it a priority.
