Okay, I am posting this review only because I have used the services of this vendor more than a dozen times in the past couple of years. As a property manager of 35 years I can tell you straight that Neil the owner of Top Dog is a top notch guy and he is punctual, keeps his appointments, and communicates very well. On top of that he knows how to clean floors!!! See my before and after photos of an apartment that was left clean by a former tenant who rented a hardware store steam cleaner to do the rugs and tile. The carpet is over ten years old and Neil did a fantastic job with it, the tile cleaning he does is also amazing. Neil deserves these 5 stars!

Neil is top notch and the Top Dog! I had him clean two floors of carpeting and he did a great job at a very fair price. He was on time and friendly. If you want a super experience hire this guy. When I called around looking for prices his competitors were charging for things like moving furniture. Refreshing to have someone deliver as promised without a bunch of extra charges. Will use TD again.

Very professional, appointment was at 9am and he arrived on time. Wore a mask and we were very happy with the finished product and price. We will hire him again.

Everything about this experience was great. The response was quick, the punctuality was spot on, the price was more than fair, and most of all, the work was top notch. 5½ years of traffic, pets, and kids gone! Ill call them again.

Weve been emailing and calling different companies in the area to get quotes and this is one of the company (Aladdin being the worst) that we contacted. While we got initial response through the email we gave up after trying to get a quote through the email after few days. Sure, we couldve called but were in middle of trying to get everything scheduled so email would work better for us. We ended up going with a company that was very responsive with the email and called us right back with lower quote.

This guy is great, his work was excellent and he was respectful of my home. Thanks again.

Unprofessional, unreliable, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contacted this company and exchanged text messages arranging to have our carpets steam cleaned. We were told they would be there next Tuesday late morning (See photo of text conversation). We waited around ALL DAY - They never showed up nor did they respond to numerous calls and texts inquiring as to their whereabouts.

Very satisfied with our recent carpet cleaning :)
