Took my truck in for a recall, oil change and driveline fluid exchange. There was some initial confusion about pricing. I spoke with Tim the service manager and he listened to my concerns and honored the pricing. When I picked up my truck David apologized for the confusion again. It was my first experience with West Herr. I will not hesitate to have future service done there and when it’s time for a new truck, West Herr will be my first stop. Thank you both
