Went to T2M Marketing and Consulting for a bridge loan. Explained to them i was in a rush. Jacbo Michaud assured me 3 to 4 days after the bpo is in your closing. Nothing but a run around. The get $500 upfront for closing costs the say run arround 1000, they take 250 for an appraisal that you have to wire the moeny to them and pay another 30 buxks just to wirie them money. So now you sent them $750 because Jake Michoud says we dont care about your credit this is a property based loan. They ask for your social security to check your credit to make sure you have nothing on there that will hurt you. So i did all this i even paid the extra to rush the appraisal. So they come to appraise the house and Now Jacob is no where to be found. For 6 weeks this man ignored emails, calls, texts. This man was no where tobe found. Even my broker who had other business with him couldnt get a hold of him. So after 6 weeks of hounding i finally get a text that read Cant do anything for you, stop bothering me. This man ran off with $700.00 bucks. Dont trust this company and definetly dont trust Jacob Michaud. This company is a hack and after doing my research i found out his reviews on here are fake. beaware and careful
