We have been using J&E media now for over a year. In the beginning we definitely had a lot of hurtles with new equipment and software to get used too. We had some frustrations early on, but that is expected when you are changing around everything. Thankfully if we had any questions at all we were able to call anyone and get help. Overall the transition has been great for us. Online ordering has been awesome. You can track everything in the back office and see exactly how you business is doing. Like anything else you need to give it a chance. There is a lot of learning and changes switching over POS systems. As long as you communicate with J&E Media they will make your switch over process much easier and better.

I would recommend their services to anyone. This company is very detailed and specific to their clients needs. Very organized and professional. They know what they are doing and best of all their honest.

Best experience ever!, I have worked with so many companies over the last 17 years in business, but never found people like this, the team that handles my Online ordering app, website and facebook is awesome, some times Im too picky but the know how to work with me.I recommend this company 100%, ask for Dan, great guy.

Really disappointing with their services. I would not suggest to anybody as they made me wait several weeks for a POS which wont take more than a week with other Payment Processors. The lady that works as a receptionist there is quite angry and if you will try to get a better understanding of your situation, shell get annoyed and the only answer youll be able to get from her is that theyll call you back! I get that everybody is challenged with the everyday life and not everyday is a good day, but hey at least try to leave it out of the workplace so you can serve customers and make sure you understand their requests.Btw, if youre about to call customer service, the same lady will answer and its not that youll get any help.I lost more than 10 days of business just because their machine was late and they wouldnt get me an answer back. I moved with another processor which were able to get done within 3 days.If you are a person who is used to be treated bed and who has to lose business then you can go ahead and cooperate with them, otherwise stay away. Just do your research before you continue with any of the processors and then decide.I will never do business with them again and Ill make sure to not let other people that I know to do business with them.

I started working with Dan and J & E back in 2010 with my POS system, great people, they just redesigned my website and looks way better than the 2009 website, Im an old fashioned guy but you have to keep up with technology, Good job!

Were still being charged monthly for a Verifone terminal which had been personally removed by a J&E representative over 4 years ago. Calls and emails about this do not receive a response.

Do not do business with company. Their agent, I think his name is Paul is a thief, he will trick you onto signing a lease that you never asked for, hes simply making a dishonest by stealing your money. I warn you, fo not deal with this company.
