Taylor Moody-Davis, Ive called three times this morning after my dispatch asked you guys for a washout due to spilled berries. You said “NO” and that’s cool even though you guys didn’t even schedule this drop, and they took me without an appointment. I needed you to answer the phone because the shipper damaged my reefer trailer. But like always that’s not your problem. And also I’m not even going to bring up detention on this load because again I know I’ll get screwed. So thanks again!!
DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANYWasted a whole day on a load because the shipper didnt wrapped product properly. Not only that the po the customer provided wasnt on the paperwork as needed to be.Driver checked in at 9am into delivery in TN for his 11am appt.2/3pm they decide to offload my truck after several phone calls to the receiver.1 pallet was shifted due to loading which the receiver stated on his bills.5pm they tell me I have to take the product 40 miles out for a 7am drop and are offering my for this hassle $250 layover.Drivers are making 300-350$ per day Carrier profit $900-1000 a day.Plus fuel. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICESDONT HAUL ANYTHING FOR THIS COMPANY
I book load with them and send my driver to the pick up, 2 hours latter I call for the pick up number and they told me the load is cancel. They doable book it with another carrier and when I ask them for TNU they refuse to give it to me insisting my truck was not empty. The guy was empty from the day before and I told them this when I book it. Stay away from them!
I work a lot with Albert Mathewson there. He keeps it Very professional and sends me great loads for my trucks! I appreciate doing business with him and looking forward on doing more loads in the future with them.definitely will recommend this company!
Excellent company!!! Ive been working with this company since 2009 and I never had any bad experience with them. Very solid company with professional staff, that always try to make difference in our trucking world. This company is one of the leading refrigerated companies in State of Michigan and is one of the companies out there, that actually look for carriers best interest. They pay their invoice well below industry standards....they dont make you wait for your money 40...60 days. Average days to pay is 21 day. Keep up the good job guys, we need you there!!!
Carriers BEWARE...they are liars and their business is based on lies. will book loads with you all and then will make you wait for address so they could find the cheaper carrier and wont even bother to call you or let you know. wont pay for any Accessorial charges. fake appointments etc etc
Do not work with them .. they charge whatever amount they want if you dont wanna use their tracking app, they dont care if u do a good job and keep them updated they will just deduct money with reason or without...
Proffessional company to deal with. Will contact you back if there is any problems or issues. Thank you Kevin Breitschuh!
Everything was good until I get to my 2nd stop and need a lumper fee. Cant get ahold of anyone. Sorry place that has on their web page that they are available 24/7/365 but yet as a driver they are not available.
Carriers BEWARE...these guys will allow you to haul Freight and if ANYTHING happens under the load causing the receiver to refuse the load, THEY WILL NOT PAY THE CARRIER TRANSPORTATION COSTS. They will file against your insurance and still refuse to pay you for hauling the load. Their crappy Brokers bond will make you wait 30 days before you can file a claim.
Broker# Service First Logistics IncorporatedBooked With # Chris BradfordLoad#1536VJReview Type# ComplaintBooked this load with Chris Bradford, driver arrived to the receiver at 6:30 am. Appointment for delivery was at 7:30 am. Notified Chris vie phone at 9:30 am, two hours after the appointment time that my driver is still in the dock. Chris advised me keep in and outs. (Never received even $1 for lost day and driving extra miles to this day).At 10:26 am I sent an email to Chris asking him if he can help with the unload. Got a lousy email back saying he is looking into it. At 12:00 (noon) my driver is still in the dock. At 13:00, driver notified me of an overage. I immediately notified Chris via phone, he asked me to fax him the BOLs, My driver arranged BOLs to be sent directly from the receiver to Chris., At 2 pm, Chris advises me to tell the driver to dump the rest. So at 2 pm, my reefer truck became a dump truck. It became our responsibility to find a place to dump the remaining stuff. I explained Chris that its not carriers responsibility to take care of the overages. My company does what we agreed on rate confirmation, we are not obligated to stay put and than taxi your load all over Pennsylvania mountains. After 3 pm, Chris finds a donation place where my driver suppose to go for free, loose the next load, run the hours on elog, and to top it off no detention, even for the time waited. Turned in BOL with in and out stamped on it.
Amazing building
Lies lies and more lies sets unrealistic appointments 925 miles twenty hours you mention it before you sign rate con they tell you oh that’s just an estimate once you’re loaded we will reset then act like it’s your fault also told the weight was 42 it was 47 how do you do that with scales on the fork lift They didn’t want to pay for going back till I said okay they can unload all of it Stay far away from these asshats
Lies. Cold calls and telemarketing. Steer clear.
