This is fascinating! An incubator for new small businesses, focusing mostly on Tech and it is right in the heart of Rochester. They are doing great things here.

Ive been to this place twice for two entrepreneurial summits. They provide startup space as well as mentoring and relevant resources for your business if youre currently bootstrapping. I would recommend checking them out if youre a first time startup founder or are looking to lease some space and WeWork is not available in your city.

Went here for a startup event and found the offices to be nice and bright. The rooftop patio is great!
