Andrea is a Amazing hair colorist. I gone to see another person to change my colored red hair to brown that person did not do it correctly.So that was how I met Andrea, who was wonderful, she lessened to me and what I want. When I left I was so grateful my hair looked and feels amazing. She went over and above even staying after they closed to finish.I will always see her for now on. Absolutely 💯 % she is a talented gifted cosmetologist.Thank you so much.

I have my hair cut at SmartStyle all the time but this is my first time at this SmartStyle in Rochester New Hampshire with Andrea and what a sweetheart. She was such a friendly young lady, and did an awesome job on my hair. I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you so much.

I needed a haircut for a funeral. Just a few inches off. They took me even though they were closing in 10 minutes. I was so appreciative she took me. Thats customer service at its best.

Called ahead and had same day availability. All of the ladies were friendly. I was getting full color all over highlights, cut and styled. I had A LOT of hair. So this took from 2p.m after 8p.m. Andrea was chipper and friendly all 6 hours and just as excited to do the work as I was to have it done. She willingly worked past her shift and closing time. Thank you very much! I would recommend this particular smartstyle and I will return.

Price is right and the way they do my hair comes out good

Very nice lady and great service so its a bit upsetting to say I got a Karen style mullet when I asked for a layered shoulder length haircut with curtian bangs.

The manager there is amazing and Ive never had a bad service no matter which stylist Ive went to.

They asked if I would like to be able to pull my hair and they buzzed it. They also dont ask whether it is a shampoo or not because they gave shampoo when we specifically said not to. They dont ask for a length or show you any.

Kellie is awesome, well they both awesome i forgot the other lady. It takes too long the wait cause i just walked in but i love the place they are both awesome i got a nice hair cut.

If you ever need a good haircut I recommend coming in and asking for Star. She is always very nice and gets you exactly what you need. She sold me a shampoo and conditioner that helped the itchy scalp Ive been trying to fix for years.
