Called on a Thursday I think about getting a torn center console lid repaired. Spoke with Chris who said to bring it right in, they would pop it out repair it and call me when it was done. Quote was very reasonable. They said maybe Friday of not Monday. Monday at 11:30 I get a call that its done. Looks great, what awesome service and craftmanship! No other place to go!!

Two 93 Kx125 seats reupholstered, I only had the replacement cover for the blue one so the black material came from the business. Cost wasnt cheap but I am happy with the results.It was cool seeing the other convertibles that were worked on in the shop, fantastic work! I came up a bit short on cash but he said it was okay so I am writing this review and I updated the building location on Google. Its in the far back past the auto place.

We needed a new top for the convertible 2012 Mustang. They are very friendly and honest. We are changing from the vinyl top to a cloth top, as the vinyl was cracking and leaking.

Did a great job on my BMW rag top. I look forward to seeing the new seats.

Carls Auto is quick and quality. My car never looked better. Highly recommend. Made an appointment when I got an estimate. Dropped off and it was done by 5 pm, in one day.

My convertible top was in complete disrepair and let water in every time it rained. The new top not only is water tight but makes the car look so much better and even newer! I have gotten compliments from my friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. It made a HUGE improvement to my car and was well worth the investment. Sam and Chris did an excellent job and I could not be happier. The before and after photo is just a microcosm of how much of a difference my new top has made, but definitely shows the level of improvement. Very impressed!

So this might not be a 5-star place, but I wouldnt know. I called five places in the Rochester Canandaigua area to get a new top for my car. This is the only place that responded, quoted me a price, gave me an appointment, did the work, was installed nicely. If any of the other places I called could do that I might have given them a lower rating. But they did what they said they were going to do, and they responded to my questions, and they kept their word. What more can you ask of a business? If like me you had to call around to find someone to do upholstery work on your car, I would recommend this place first. Two things a potential customer should know 1; These are not net savvy tech guys, they know how to use it but thats about it 2; its a small shop, if you want to spend hours on the phone talking about the work, good luck. THEIR time is valuable.

I bought a 95 cobra convertible about a year ago. The top was absolutely shot to the point I was embarrassed to drive it. I bought a top and was going to do it myself then learned its not an easy job. I called Carls, they told me they wont use my top and I understand why now. It came absolutely perfect. If there were 10 stars id give them all 10! Not to mention the turn around time and price! Couldnt have asked for a better job! Thanks!!

I brought my 2006 Ford Mustang to Carls because my drivers side front seat had some significant wear on the side cushions. Sam took the time to give me an estimate and explain exactly what he would do in order to make the seat like new. The seat came out great and is even better than I remember it on the first day I drove off the dealers lot. Will bring my car back anytime!
