Ripped me out of $1400.00 in a span of 3 days. Car came out worst then it went in. AC not working and there is a wasp infestation. Mechanics are unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful. The temporary manager had a lit joint in his mouth while disrespecting me.. If your a AAA member save the trouble and just go to an accredited AAA garage instead. They didnt want to remedy their mistake instead ping it to me and argue back and forth. Not worth the time or money, there are many other garages you can go that will treat you with the respect a customer deserves. I had to learn that the hard way. To add insult to injury because I talked back to the manager after making them richer, he instructed the other mechanics to take parts off of my vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND THAT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE FOR CUSTOMERS.

I do not recommend this place at all. Everyone is rude and unqualified. I dropped my car off 3 times to get the air conditioning installed and each time was a failure. Each time they lied and said they had a solution. Each time they TRIED to charge me. Definitely the worst mechanic I’ve ever been to. It’s almost like they break stuff on purpose so you can come back and spend more money. Also, the employees are usually under the influence so yeah just don’t waste your time.

Went there for 2 front tires & wheel alignment. After I left a light for stabilitrac came on my car, took car back, next day, owner got the light off only for it to come right back on 4 blocks away, went right back, & he referred me to the dealership. ( I’m not paying for that!!) Driver side Tire keep getting low tire light on my car & putting air in it every 2-3 days. After about 2 weeks of getting it. Should’ve never went there.Owners seemed very nice, but he did something wrong & doesn’t own up to his mistake. I will never go back to this establishment.

I had my muffler welded there and got an oil change. I didnt have to wait long and he gave me a reasonable price. I had 3 others folks who went there and they were satisfied. They sell use tires, they changed oil and other mechanic work.

The guys working here are amateurs they have no clue what they’re doing on top of being overcharged they didn’t even mount my tires correctly they missed steps on the way and I spent over an hour waiting for poor quality service. The owner of the shop is more knowledgeable but his staff is terrible.

Went to this place to get a tire. Guy says I would be next. Supposed to be first come first serve. Waited 15 minutes and another car rolls in. Obviously a buddy of theirs. Flashed some cash and stuff. I didnt pay too much attention. Half hour later garage door opens and he waves his buddy in. I told him I was next and I had been there for 45 minutes. Guy didnt care. Got out of the place and went to a place where they know how to treat their customers. So unless you know the guy or like to pay your way ahead. Stay away from these losers.

This place will sale you bad tires with a 10 day warranty and then when tire gives out right after the 10days they dont want to replace when they sold you the bad tire. Please stay away not good and customer service is the worst. AND THEY GET NEGATIVE FIVE STARS from me.

If I could give zero stars I would . I waited for an hour just to not be seen . I was there first thing in the morning told me to come back he needed an hour so I did . I come back dude tells me first come first serve . Ok so I waited 5-6 people walk In the back where it’s only suppose to be mechanics ! And get right in front of me . one guy started to argue with me when I told him that’s not first come first served moral of the story is, Don’t even bother going here unless you know someone . Worst car place in Rochester.

Lets just say I came to get a tire fixed for $30 and end up having to pay $140 because of them breaking a stud by them tightening it to where it broke off...I feel like I was overcharged and had no choice but to get it fixed or my car would of been sitting.i would never go back or refer no one here.
