Love this place. At other shops Ive always felt a little taken advantage of but Ive never felt that here. They are straight up and have kept my vehicle running all at a fair price.

They first diagnosed my car, they put together a couple different quotes involving the cars water.

I went in for an oil change and ever since then, there has been something wrong with my brakes. I have to refill my brake fluid every few days. And I know it wasnt like that before. My brakes were working perfectly fine until after I got it back from them. Con artists

Not sure what the Managers name is, but really honest guy. I took my vehicle in for new brakes and after checking them, he advised I only needed new front brakes, not back ones. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars since I was prepared to buy all four; because of this, I will now take my vehicle to them to be serviced and fixed.

I will no longer be giving them business. I initially went in for an oil change and they do checks for all parts of the car. When they were done they called me saying something was wrong with a piece and that it had ripped and was spraying oil (driveshaft) which meant it needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of about $700+ after parts and labor. I took my car to a different mechanic/company and they found absolutely nothing. They looked all over and even cleaned the driveshaft off and still couldn’t find any hole or rip. I left with the other company not charging me a cent because there was nothing to fix. This is the second time this has happened, though the other time it was break replacements. They tried to say my brakes were bad and I needed new ones, come to find that wasn’t the case at all and new brakes would’ve been unnecessary. Imagine how much money I would’ve wasted if I just listened to them and didn’t go anywhere else. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but going through it again makes me think its more than a coincidence, and they might be trying to capitalize on my slim knowledge of cars. Whatever the case, it wont happen again I know that

Can’t say enough about this place! Limped into town with a bum wheel bearing (car started making horrible noise about 2 1/2 hrs into our 3 hr trip to Rochester) and wasn’t sure how this was going to get repaired at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. Keith and James stepped up and were able to fit us in around their other appointments and get us safely back on the road in a couple hours. Give this place your business, you won’t regret it!

They were very open & honest with what repairs they saw that were needed and offered good advice, then left it totally up to me what I wanted them to fix or hold off on. Keith has always been so helpful in prioritizing what needs to be done . I so appreciate this since I help my son with repairs. When my son Chad calls me to say something is wrong with his car, I laugh at myself when I say take it to my Midas guys haha. He enjoys talking with Keith and appreciates his kindness. Do great work at reasonable price. Have frequently had shop make adjustments in my favor for work that was not needed or did not take as much time as was called for. Have never had this happen at the dealerships. Keith the owner has been great to work with and has gone out of his way to help on many occasions. Finally feel like I found a mechanic who can be trusted.

This shop has taken such good care of my wife and I! We have been taking our cars here for 3 years. I had a bolt that kept loosening up on my suspension, and they would tighten it for me for free. They always communicate well, no surprises when I pick up the car. They do great work and are very experienced, I would recommend them to anyone!

My girlfriend and I were used car shopping recently and decided to quick have it inspected during our solo test drive. Stopped in at Midas and while they were too busy to put it on the lift within our timeframe, Gary?(USMC tattoo on his forearm) was more than willing to take a look at it and accompany us on our test drive and give us some insight into the vehicle. We have been Midas (on Broadway) customers for 15 years. The level of service we receive is top notch. They are fair and reasonable when determining your cars needs as well as making suggestions for service.

My starter burned out, but they were able to warranty the part so all I paid was labor!

Midas in Rochester is the best! I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that there were some other problems with my car. They informed me of the problems, but there was no pressure put on me to make any immediate decisions (which I’ve discovered is rare). I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Midas in Rochester.

I cant say enough good things about Keith Wix, Midas franchise owner, and the quality of service by this Midas team of professionals. Our alternator went out in Minnesota on a Saturday late in the afternoon. We are from Kansas and had no idea where to go. We called Keiths Midas station and asked for help. They stayed late to replace the alternator. They checked the car out to ensure it was safe for travel. Thank you, Midas! Weve never experienced kinder, more knowledgeable, or more reliable service anywhere! You are the superheroes America needs.

The only place I will take one of my personal vehicles or any of my friends or family looking for a recommendation is Midas on Broadway to Mr. Wix. The customer service they have provided over the years is just outstanding I have never experienced anything like it. They in a sense treat you like family if you are a returning customer. They will not try to sell you anything you do not really need. All around they are very busy people but they managed to get you in and out on the fly it is truelly an art. I rate this establishment 20 out of 10. Thank you all very much for the great experiences!

Had brake problems on a road trip with my kids around 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Called midas in a panic and they said if I could get there before they closed they would take a look at it. I barely made it but they helped me. They replaced a bad caliper immediately and did a great job. They could have told me to wait till Monday. They could have said they were full for the day but they didnt. They saved our road trip and I am so thankful!

Great service for my exhaust repair.

This morning I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given an estimate of how long it would take, and I told them I would be back by then. On my return, I was told that they would not do the rotation due to my tires needing replacement. I was very frustrated that I was not told this earlier, as I had left my number. Then, when I mentioned that I would need to wait to order tires as Im getting married in two months, the man who was helping me told me just to have my future husband buy them for me now, as hell be paying for them anyway.I didnt catch the employees name, but his comments were incredibly unprofessional, as well as inaccurate. I have already found a different mechanic in town that I will be bringing my business to, and I will never be returning to this location.

Wow this guy - Keith I believe. Awesome. KNew we were out of town visiting the hospital got us in - and fixed in a hurry. Breaks and other repairs are working great and I didn’t feel “nickled and dimed” and was actually getting a fair deal. Noticed he and his crew treated everyone who walked in with care. Best customer service

Failed to tighten my oil drain plug, lost a quarter of oil. They told me they cleaned my skid plate is the reason the oil is dripping. The Plate wasnt even cleaned. Fail.
