The staff and service is always respectful. The atmosphere is clear and pleasant. My car needed work and if they couldnt do it I wouldve had no choice but to take it to Chrysler dealership. My car feels like I just drove it off the Chrysler car lot. I appreciate them and their service. I feel if they cant do it, it cant be done outside the dealership. Thank you so much Zambitos.

After clearly stating to Mike when calling on Tuesday that my car can only be looked at on a Saturday as I use it for work he assured me to drop it off and he can get to it. I drop it off exactly at 8:30am when they open only to call them at 2:50pm and they havent looked at it but can Monday. They really need to set appointments. I wouldve never arranged a ride and my plans around them for them to push it off at their convenience. If you cant do the car then say so in advance. I have brought my car there several times since Shane bought it. They kept my equinox passing inspection as long as possible but its apparent they are overwhelmed with clients leaving valued customers in a bind. My whole family and in laws will now be going to look for new mechanics since this isnt the first issue here. Other visits have been a week to replace a fuel line, four days to replace a tire and today was the icing on the poor service cake. Get it together zambitos, you use to be reliable!

I think ownership changed, and since its been nothing but downhill.Latest escapade is taking my car there for an AC problem and an inspection. He tells me in the case of ACs He wins, I lose. Exact words. They never called me, i ALWAYS had to call to check on where we were in the process. After 4 days, the AC was not fixed, and the gentleman decided to only put 3 tires on when I asked for 4 to be done (why leave one old tire). IM LITERALLY TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY, and you dont want it.So, I order the part they say I need, and make an appointment to come in for the fix. I show up at the appointment time, and he tells me look at my board, leave it here and ill TRY to get to it. Absolutely not. Ive spent thousands of dollars with that shop, and was willing to keep spending. An appointment means you fix it when ou said you would.I literally took it up the road, paid more than they were asking, and paid AGAIN for a freon charge just to not deal with them. The WORST customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. It takes a lot for me to get heated, but I was from this. Will never use that shop again, and will always steer people in another direction, even if the rates are more. You get what you pay for, and I try to give my money to people who will appreciate it, and treat me fairly!

Please read this!!! I went to zambitos because it was close to my home and it had been there for a long time. I did like judge judy and millian say, bring a used car to a mechanic to be looked at before you buy. I paid to have the car looked at before I purchased it! They found some work had to be done before it would pass inspection and said the car was worth purchasing but needed some repairs. I paid them good money and good money for the car. It breaks down in 1 week. The engine was no good and there was no oil in the car. They couldnt tell there was no oil in the car??? The engine was defective??? I lost all my money. Im a disabled older man. I needed that car because Im sick and need to get to the doctor. I have no money, no car and no way to get to my appointments. I couldnt do anything with the car so I asked them what to do. They said we can get rid of the car for $250.00. I needed the money so 👌 ok. They call me and tell me Im only getting $130.00 for my car. I said please give me my car back and they screamed and thretend me and said it was gone. I hear now that this is a scam that they are doing to people who dont know about cars and are taking advantage of my ignorance. May God bless them with letting people read this and may they loose business.

I went to Zambitos for the first time and customer service was exceptional! The dad Shane and son Eric are genuine and down to earth! They sincerely have the customers best interest at heart! Great family owned shop. I generally do my own auto work if I can tackle it but got in to deep with a job that I couldnt do. They worked with me and were nice enough to fix the car with parts I had already purchased. Fair pricing overall. Definitely recommend this place.

I took my car to the dealer and was told that I needed a ton of work and was given a giant price tag. I left, of course and asked around and was told to check this shop out. I went there and they told me about half of what the dealer said was actually wrong and it was less than half the cost. I didnt believe them of course because it was hundreds of dollars difference. I went on line to a few car blogs and they said about the same story. The dealer will say one thing and actually its a common scam and really whats needed is much less.....just about exactly what this place said. so I went back, had the work done and my car drives perfect, no more terrible noises and I saved a TON of money! Ive now taken both my vehicles back for basic service and so far, its very consistent. straight shooters and they seem pretty cool to deal with. great shop, seem like good people. no free donuts but for more than a few hundred bucks savings... ill deal with that!

Brought my car there for service they told me my car didn’t have a leak and I needed to reset my ECU so I took my car to the dealership and they took me there no suck thing a resetting my ecu and that I did have a leak. So long store short I will not be going back to Zambitos for anything nor will I Be recommending them to anybody. Don’t wait your money as I did !!!!!

Beware! These people are Crooks and have that reputation around rochester. They will over charge you. Their workmanship is questionable. There are better more honest shops around, and if you cant find one you are probably better off going to a dealership than coming here, i certainly would have. You have been warned!

Excellent workmanship at a fair price.

Had an inspection done here, they were fair and no complaints about that, they didnt try to nitpick problems like some mechanics do during inspections. The only work I needed was new front brakes (and I agreed, the were worn).They did the front brakes but (months later) I realized the stripped one of my lug nuts because the mechanic was sloppy (thats not something you can just replace easily). The also didnt point out my back brakes were in even worse shape than the front. I admit Im the only person truly responsible for the condition of my car, but the back pad failed (it never even got to the point where it chirps) and it stripped my rotor, which I had to replace, fortunately I had a family member do the back brakes so it wouldnt cost me a fortune.Unfortunately their rush job of my inspection lead to the failure, a problem that could have been avoided. And stripping the lugnut is a pretty amateur screw up and the should be ashamed for rushing.

Charged $400 to fix air conditioning. After picking up my vehicle, the AC sort of worked for about 15 minutes. I brought it back and they told me that it would cost another $700 to get to the root of the problem and fix it. Imbeciles.
