I have been going for many years now and Brian Horn and his staff are great! They have never let me down and always charge fair rates. They always will get me in on short notice. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going to Brians for pretty close to 20 years and have sent friends and family there as well. Brian and Sue run a great shop and I appreciate their honesty. I dont always like what Brian tells me sometimes (who does really with auto repair) but I know that its the truth. And whenever possible he will present options. They treat everyone like family; the family you actually you enjoy seeing. The first time I went there, it was to replace the oil pan gasket on an 86 Ford F150. Another garage had quoted me a much a higher price; I called Brian and he quoted me a more reasonable price and told me that he might me able to do it cheaper once he looked at it. True to his word, he charged me less than he quoted. There have been a couple of times that I have had to have repairs done elsewhere. And its always make me appreciate the service I get at Brians.

I have been going to Brian s for 23 years now,and he,s never let me down.His friendly secretary( and wife )Sue makes you feel more welcome then any dealership Ive been to. Brian has extensive knowledge of mechanics,state of the art tools and if he cant fix it he ll tell you. He s never had to tell me. There my go to first.

Checked emergency brake last time I used it it didnt release properly. Charged a reasonable amount for looking at it. He said I can either not use it or come back and he can work on it but it may cost several hundred dollars.

What a great experience dealing with everyone at Brian Horns! From Sue in the office to Darrin and Chris in the garage, these guys have what most mechanics lack... integrity. They do the job they say they’ll do and don’t oversell what you don’t need. Honest and reputable, thanks guys!!

Years and years ago, we had a service that came to change our oil and rotate our tires in the parking lot of where I work. I asked the person who he trusted on the west-side of Rochester to work on cars. He said Brian Horn. We at one point had four cars and there have never been any surprises, and that is true of ALL the men that work with him. If there are problems, Brian fixes them, often for no additional charges. His wife, Sue, answers the phone and schedule appointments, so this is a family business. I dont know a lot about cars, and as a woman, I want a thorough explanation of why Im spending money on repairs. It is scary to place your trust in a mechanic... but this is one who earns that trust every single visit.

Honest people you can trust, they get the job done right everytime. I went to the dealer multiple times payed an astronomical amount of money to get an issue fixed, long story 2000 dollars later they didnt fix it i was advised by a close friend to come here and they fixed the issue for $150. They will also do a general car check with and oil change (and they check all your vehicles fluids) for $30.
