For years I was a regular customer of Bassets until I moved from the neighborhood. I regret not traveling the extra few miles to have them take care of my cars. They offer great service, honest pricing and friendly staff. Ive recently come back to the fold, and I will never go anywhere else for car repairs and service. Their attention to service issues is good, but communication is not. As a result, I was without a car for one week. The facility failed to act on information which I provided resulting in unnecessary time and service charges that could have been avoided. In addition, when I received my car back, one function did not work and I found a wiring harness loose inside of the hood compartment. This lack of attention to a customers communication and to detail when completing work may not be typical but is concerning.

Had a broken heat shield that was making very loud and annoying sound right before a long trip. Bassets got me in the same day and fixed it. And they didnt even charge me.

They are fantastic! Extremely fair and trustworthy. I have been there multiple times and have always been treated with respect and quality service. Great work!

This business is the best automotive service facility in the Rochester area. They are honest and trustworthy, and very reasonable with their service fees. Joni and Scott operate a top notch establishment. Ray is an awesome technician. He will not try to upsell you something if you dont need it. Millie, who is one of their newest employees in the front office of the shop is very customer focused and friendly. Service was great.. the dealer tried tobget me to pay 1200 to fix my car.. Basset fixed it for $77.

This place has new ownership. The repair estimation is too high. Their price was the same price the dealership given me. Plus I was charge $25:00 lift fee. They lifted my vehicle to check my brakes but never took off one tire. I MISS THE OLD OWNERS. I WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CHARGED A LIFT FEE OF $25. However, they did tell me it would be deducted from my repair charge. They are over pricing! The folks were nice.

The only mechanic shop my family will trust. Always gives a fair deal and never says something needs to be fixed when its fine. Really couldnt ask for better service for my car or in the respect of customer service.

As a result, I will return my vehicle to Bassets because I can trust them. Bad luck can happen to anyone but the real test is how people handle themselves in those circumstances.
