They started off good. We spoke on the phone and had a meeting in which he said he was going to put together a detailed quote and wed meet again. He called saying he had it ready and would email me early the next week to set something up. He never did. A few calls and an email later and still nothing. I even called a different number at the company in case the specific individual I was working with wasnt around for some reason but no response from them either.
