Great customer service! Behind on getting copy ready for a printing deadline, I called and spoke with the office manager. Even though it was nearly closing time, she agreed to wait for me to fight rush hour traffic and complete the books I needed for the next day. My alternative would have been to go to a 24-hour self-service shop and pay much more. I had a lovely conversation with her and the owner while waiting for the job to finish. The books were perfect. I stopped by this past Friday to inquire about coil binding on two books. I wanted to surprise my grandfather with poetry anthologies that could lay open flat, since he has dexterity issues following a stroke. I walked in to a pleasant conversation with the owner and a quick quote. I received acourtesy call on Monday that my books were complete! The work was flawless and I cant wait to see how my grandfather enjoys reading his favorite poetry without struggle. American Speedy Printing is the REAL DEAL! Walked In around 12:15 needing business cards same day walked out at 2:50 and they made the logo as well as set it up.Very friendly people who only cared about my needs not only offered their advice but I was glad I took it they looked beautiful the cards alone should close the deal for me.I now know If I was actually walking to a print shop I’d walk past some I’ve done work with to come here.

Shout out to the owners of American Speedy Print in Rochester! Yesterday I unknowingly dropped some cash and a check that a friend had written to me (made out to cash) in their shop. Since they weren’t sure who it belonged to, they drove to the address on the check, which was several miles away, to return it to my friend! Aside from them being a great print shop, they are good people!

How could they improve, you ask? They can get rid of Bill for a start. Hes rude and abrasive! I will not take my business there anymore. I will also recommend that my associates and clients do no business with these people.I was told that they dont ship the products and that, they get picked up. So, we picked them up. I get the invoice and theres a 20 dollar shipping fee. Bill tells me thats the charge they pay to get the materials for my job. Seriously, Bill?? Seriously?NOT a great company to deal with! Im not happy that I have to give them one star, theres no option for no stars.

Rude and unprofessional. The gentleman told me to return the next day and when I did they had forgot to even look at my project, so once again, I returned the next day. Upon returning I was handed my original document stapled to a piece of paper and was told it was put in “lost and found” because I didn’t show up the day before. Which I had!!! Then he admitted he ruined my stuff by stapling it. He didn’t offer anything but attitude. This place clearly doesn’t need my business. As someone who just opened a business less than 6 months ago I was extremely offended and I still don’t have what I need. Which I needed two days ago and now am left with even less time to figure this out.

Ive been doing business with Bill and his staff for 30 years. He really wants to do it right, and cares about his customers. Hes extremely competitive with pricing, knows his business, and works hard to make it right for everyone!

The owner is a jerk stay away at all costs

I drove 15 minutes in rush hour in a torrential downpour to this store to make copies before a meeting. When I arrived, there was a customer using the machine ahead of me and the gentleman at the store was on the phone. The customer did not know how to run the report for his copy quantity so I could use the machine. I waited for 10 minutes for the gentleman on the phone to pause his conversation to help us, but he never did. I left in disgust, as I was pressed for time, without getting my copies made; my originals got ruined from the rain. Total waste of time. I will never go there again.
