I started to go to my local dealer at first. But Im still waiting for a call back just to schedule an appointment for a repair estimate. So it was great to know the staff here is much more attentive. They are very friendly, helpful, and kept me well informed along the way. My vehicle was also finished earlier than expected. Thank you for being a stress free component of the accident process.

Worst experience you could possibly imagine. Not once not twice. Three times. On. Separate. Occasions. Did we ask them to cover the window. As you can see for yourself, if the car wasnt totaled to begin with. It would be after their poor service.

After 2 days drive front left wheel lost 3 screws and the rest are loose. And they told me all of them screwed up🤷‍♂️

Great collision shop. Needed some minor work done on my vehicle. They booked my appointment a weeks out so my part would arrive. They said it would take 4 days and it was done in two. The work was flawless and customer service was very nice. I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Collex Collision. Earlier the previous week I had called about getting a tailgate cable fixed on my S-10. I knew exactly what was needed to get the cables replaced but lacked the tools to do so. To solve this problem I took my truck to Collex a few days after I called and was surprised and impressed that the guy remembered me calling about my problem. He was very nice and polite and told me he was going to get another worker to help me who was experienced with my truck. That is when things went south. When he brought the other worker outside to see my truck he completely ignored me when I said hi. Then went on to tell me that the new tailgate cables I bought from the Chevy dealership where just junk parts that were repainted. He then went on to tell me that to replace my tailgate cables means buying a new bracket that already has the cable attached to it. Which is completely untrue since the cable is held on by a rivet which can be grind out and replaced. Just so Collex knows you can buy brand new tailgate cables at any auto parts store that come with the rivets needed to replace the cables. Overall the S10 Expert was very rude and discouraged me from ever going to Collex Collision again.

Very accommodating with my work schedule and explained everything in detail to the point where I had a full understanding of the collision repairs. I am writing this post because of Ashley, the women at the front desk who oversaw the flow of my car being repaired. She called and gave me updates through the entire process my car was in the shop and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you Gerber Team.

Incredible customer service. They were timely and very professional. When the repair work was done, they completely cleaned and detailed the car, inside and out. It looked the best it has since I bought it.

Nice place for your car repair. I still have some little problem after repair, it’s very minor and same I communicated to manager. He told me that I can come back for repair anytime, but after that I didn’t time to go back again.Work was done in mentioned days.

Case writer was inexperienced and very unprofessional attitude, after three weeks repair time was given, it still delayed three times for job done.The management team was nice to work with in the end.

This review was given before the manager came to try to correct the damage done to our car by your shop. The accident damage was done in JULY. He came out in October. Once my car is fixed, possibly the rating will change. However I will not return to the Rochester hills location again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car has been at Gerber (Rochester Hills) for repair since Feb 19th. As of today (Apr 9th) I still am being jerked around with a forever moving completion date. Understanding that there was some bumbling done at the initial repair assessment that did initially delay the repair start about a week, its still absolutely inexcusable. I was told Industry standard repair for my vehicle was 18-22 days. You can do the math.

Very unhappy with service. My car was to be fix with a front bumber and right head light to be replaced. We had it in first for an estimation then we had an appointment to take in 2 weeks later. That day our mechanic told us they have uodates on tuesday and Thursday. We never recieved an update at any time! We haf to call several times. Then to come to find that car was totaled. Which is not true I drove my car prior of putting in shop. Our insurance told us that it was deemed totaled however we could have car back. So we called to get car back and they already had it dismantled. After an hour you tear my car apart? Terrible terrible service and crooks

Omg NO!!! JUST NO!!! 2 little bumper repairs turned into a huge 2.5 week nightmare. Dropped car off Thursday night. I called Friday told them to start work....next Tuesday they still hadnt started on it... no communication between staff. They said it would be done next Tuesday and they would call. Tuesday turned into Thursday at 10am. 10am turned into 5pm. At 5 PM we called. They said 6pm...at 6pm we came to pick it up....the taillight is still broken!!!! And here we sit!!!

My car was like new and ready ahead of schedule.2020-01-07: Unfortunately, I have to amend this review. The repairs have not aged well. Within 6 months of the initial repair, I began to have water leaking in through the header on the drivers side, but only during really heavy rain or wet snow that sat on the car for hours. The problem has only gotten worse since then.After having my car looked at by another shop, they pointed out that the repairs were poorly done and refused to fix the problem, because they did not want to assume responsibility for anything else they found wrong. My only option now is to pay Gerber out of pocket to fix their shoddy repair work, or live with the accumulation of water damage to the interior of my car. I wont be going back.

Vehicle is like new again! They stand behind their lifetime warranty too, brought vehicle back for small issue 3 years later for small issue and was fixed promptly.

Not only did they do a fantastic job with the repair, but they were also a day earlier than estimated and they cleaned my car top to bottom, inside and out. Oh, and everyone of the staff I talked to was friendly, happy, and enthusiastic.

Used this location once and the service was friendly. The repair was quicker than expected, and they even buffed out another area that wasnt originally requested. Thanks!

I set up an appointment to have my car looked at. My friend backed into it and ruined the hood, and Ive purchased another to be painted to match the car. While I was getting this done I was going to have them repair/re-spray the roof, as I had some areas where the paint had chipped and was starting to corrode. They said they wouldnt even touch the roof, and would only paint the hood. If your car has any sort of corrosion on it that needs to be repaired, dont bring it here, they wont service it.

I have used them 3 times and was very happy with their service and work.

Horrible, I called and had to go through 6 menus and then I was put on hold. All I wanted was a glass replacement quote.

Unfortunately had to have 2 cars repaired here. Great service and friendly employees.
