I needed bumper work on both the front and back of my car. Between them having some equipment no one else in the area has that could fix my front bumper without replacing it entirely, plus actually discussing my quote with me so that I could decide what was totally needed, they saved me nearly $1,000.00 compared to the other places I checked out. With the pandemic, theyre also cleaning the cars. I was just expecting them to wipe down door handles and the steering wheel and whatnot. But they did so much more, including getting all the gravel off of my mats. I have a gravel driveway, so I know how much of a pain that is. Definitely above and beyond.

I recently used CarStar to repair my car after I was rear ended. They did an amazing job and were able to get my car done within the week. I shopped around a bit, but stopped here once I spoke to Chris the owner of the shop. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable, and pointed out items that the other places didnt. He was also very clear on the entire claims and review process. I mentioned to him that my car also had a 2 step paint correction done to it and they were very careful of my car. They do provide a loaner (couldnt wait to get back in my car, but hey saves on cost of renting a car). I even mentioned details such as wanting the front holes in my bumper filled in (bought it as a WI car with front plates) and Chris assured me it was no problem. The car came back and I couldnt be happier. Their paint match is excellent, and looks just as good as the OEM paint I had on there before. It has held up great so far and I couldnt be happier. This place is incredible. They coordinated with insurance for our repairs without me having to do a thing. This was my first experience using a collision shop, and I have to say that it was super easy. I was worried, because my car was less than a year old and needed a new hood. I was updated by them constantly, and they were not happy until I was happy. The people there have great personalities and attitudes and did an amazing job as well (I had automotive repair and refinish classes in college) On top of the great color match of the paint, they also were kind enough to clean about 6 months worth of ground in dirt from all of the carpet leaving me pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up my car.
