I called them to repair my cooler and they ripped me off. First, they mis-diagnosed it. They said it was the valve was leaking and gave me a quote of 800 dollars to repair it, and they could fix it the next day. it was my Beer cooler and since they could fix it the next day i told them to go ahed And fix it. After i signed the quote they said it will be few days. I had no choice so i waited few days. On friday their senior tech came to repair the valve and said i needed both the compressor and condensor. That would be 3880. I couldnt call anyone else because they would charge me diagnosis fee and would take longer so i told them to go ahed and get it fixed. when i was given the Quote i was told that if i said yes they could fix it same day. since it was friday i told them to go ahed and fix it because i didnt want to loose my beer business over the weekend. Again, after i signed the contract i get told that it is going to be monday. I was very upset but left with no choice. I waited till monday, they finally fixed it. But after they fixed it, they charged me more than 4000 dollars. Wprst customer service ever. They will robb you.

Person that answered the phone was nice, but this listing is misleading - they are a commercial refrigeration company. They do not handle residential equipment or sell parts for the same.
