DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! the service rep. will sweet talk you and tell you that a whole motor swap takes them only 3-4 days but reality is that it takes them 3-4 days to answer the phone. They had my truck for a month and a half before they even figured out the problem and charged me $2000. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CUMMINS PRODUCT AGAIN! also the parts department is just as bad they tell you your parts will be there the next day but it took 6 days!

Very professional and responsive to emergency service on my Onan generator

The Staff at Cummins Riviera Beach are very professional and courteous and do an excellent job of handling Motorcoach service and repairs as they are a Coach Care facility. Tony, the service manager, was pleasant and helpful through the whole service process, and was attentive to to my concerns. I had a major 1000 HR service performed and repairs completed on my 10K onan generator and couldnt be happier! Every now an again you have a experience with company that is simply the way it should be. We had an appointment for service on our generator, we dropped it off, it was worked on and complete 3 hours later. Al in service was friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again for service on our unit. Thank you!

Scammers who will say anything to make a buck and fix things that arent broken. Brought my RV generator in for an estimate as it was shutting off after 10-20 minutes of use. I was quoted $1,200 (about half what a new one costs) to replace carburetor, fuel lines and fuel filter. When I asked to just do the lines and filter to see if that could solve the problem, they explained the carburetor was gunked up, which caused the filter and pump to get ruined. Im a helicopter pilot and know engines, so when I pointed out that the filter and pump were upstream of the carburetor, the reply was yeah, but you gotta replace all 3. When I declined the service they tried to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee.

I was here to drop off a company vehicle. They get it right every time we bring one here. My coworker and I chat with the mechanics and parts staff whenever we come. They are friendly and very helpful.

I had great service here. I had a problem with my RV generator and they repaired it in an hour and for a reasonable price. Service manager and employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience here. Had made an appt ahead of time, was there at 8:00 and out by 10:00 with generator in my RV up and running again. This was important to me as I was just travelling through. Tony was very helpful and explained things in full. Very clean, professional operation with a large, comfy customer waiting room. Very impressed overall and if I lived in the area they would be my #1 choice to repair my Onan 4000 Microquiet genset again.

Recently had an overhaul done at this location I was promised it would be done in a week turns out it took him a month and every time they called me to come pick up the truck the truck had to go back to them long story short in two months my truck had 2 overhauls done. Cummins in Florida at this location put back a cylinder head that was cracked back on my motor broken valve replaced the same gaskets and seals same bolts I highly do not recommend this place to nobody Alan the service manager very rude and disrespectful. Ive lost two months of work because of this place I am very upset customer and I do not recommend anyone to come to this place they will not take care of your stuff they will break it and send you on the road telling you lies and deceiving you. I will also be calling the business burial against them

Excellent place...I almost got a job there as an apprentice...to bad they cancelled the programs just a few days after I finished all the proccess and the interview...I was really disappointed but there was nothing I could have done...

I needed a Fuel pump for my RV.... The Website says open 24 hours. I called and the agent said that since it was an after hours call they would look to see if they had the part in stock for a $150.00 dollar fee. Crazy!!!
