Just be patient.... The team at NTR are very helpful, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Just know that anytime you deal with agencies, there is a timeline and a process. Tax attorneys cannot make a state department work any faster! I highly recommend this company. My experience was very good and successful.

Do not waste your time and money with this company. Put me in a worst situation then I was already in with the irs. Horrible company.

I contacted them about a year ago. They were great and very responsive. I was told they had reached an agreement. $20,000.00 payments of $270.00 a month and everything was done. I paid them their fee. I sent $300 a month to the it’s for 9 months then received an intent to seize my propertyI contacted them immediately. I was asked to submit a bunch of new information. Then they said they couldn’t read the documents. I sent them again. I waited and asked if they had received them. Finally got a response that said they had and nothing else. My home and job are on the line here and I know less than I did when I contacted them originally.Between what I paid them the payments and the payments I have made to the IRS I have lost over $10,000. I was told $20,000. Was what I needed pay.I am now being charged interest and penalties for the past year and the balance is higher than what it was when I contacted them. I am going to lose my home, my job, furniture and cars

Led me to believe that I was eligible and then turn around and told me different numbers a year and a half later still in the same boat Plus wasted all my money

The people with national tax relief are outstanding. I highly recommend this program. The directions and instructions on what to do and what to prepare is clear and well thought out. The strategy for handling previous years very good. The only thing I would like to see improve is the communication back and forth.

This company has HARASSED me for months, in spite of asking nicely to be removed from their call list. When I finally asked for a manager with Jeff, he called me a piece of trash and hung up. I called back, immediately, and Joe (as if these are even their Real Names) was equally ugly.I decided to play their game and call repeatedly. They were suddenly unappreciative.Blocking one number doesnt work as they, like so many others, have a list of rolling numbers.If they call you, Good Luck!!!!!

Representative Eric Rivera is very unprofessional, he continue to talk over me while I was trying to ask a question regarding their service. Finally when stating that I would just continue to pay my monthly payments and not use his service I was called an idiot and hung up on. Terrible firm - took over $5,600 from me - did nothing I had not already told them needed to be done. Lied and filed returns fraudulently causing me trauma and nearly $10,000 to work with an attorney and now I am being audited.They refuse to reply to my request for a refund.Scammers and Crooks!Next the FTC and IRS.

Unfortunately, I have been trying to get a hold of somebody in the office for the past couple of days and all I get is the answering service. The reason why I am disappointed is because the the last who did my taxes misspelled my street name. I know people will say I should have check, but the lady had my drivers license, last year tax forms, and my W2s and 1099 to for this year taxes. I was really resisting from putting anything on here, but nobody has return my call. Much like my visit to the office feeling like another bank account for them. Not going back....

I owed taxes back from 2008. IRS waited till 2010 to tell me in a letter from the mail and said I owe $2,000 plus 6.5% DAILY interest from the time I filed my return 2 years back. I doubt anyone can help my situation.
