Weve used Lou as our tax preparer for years and he is great, organized, helpful and honest. Hes helped us go from simple forms to handling our business taxes. He is superfast. Professional and a great price. Never had any problems and with direct deposit got my taxes back in a couple weeks. The people complaining probably expect to get mailed tax returns in days when you should know it takes a long time.
