Went to a jobsite worked and still havent been paid this was on dec 16th and when I call they always have some bs excuse about y they cant pay me

This place has the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life, people is so rude and if you have a problem with anything they just justify everything saying that they cant help you, even the manager is so rude.

I wish i can give a 5 star but unfortunately I won’t due to how rude and unprofessional Maria from payroll being so rude to my husband and I asked to speak to a manager in regards of my husband paycheck and she denied to do so saying the manger was not going to be able to solve my problem now thankfully I was able to get in contact with the manager Claudia and was very helpful and let not forget about how professional she handled the situation also I wanna say thank you to Jessica for being so helpful to my husband

Excellent placeNancy is one of the best CEO that I have had the pleasure to meet. Marilyn, Giselle, Kevin, Claudia, Juan, Maria and the newest member Jessica they are very professional and I can speak for me they have all went above and beyond for me. I have sent numerous of people there and they never had a problem getting placed. Excellent agency and I would refer them to anyone and I will continue to send people there.

This place sucks!! I worked at one job doing crazy hrs. I asked if they where able to find me a different job. That was November of 2018.. Still havent been able to get another job. Its January 17 2019. Luckily I have found a few good jobs on my way. P.s. I never missed a day or called off. Theres no reason why they cant get me a new job. 12hr days 6days a week.

Presented myself very well. Came dressed sharp, positive attitude, determined and eager to get some work, never heard back from them. There are several job ads from this staffing agency for positions which Im qualified for. Juan Arroyo was the account executive that assisted me. Usually agencies follow up with you to notify you on the job status whether the job has been filled or under any other circumstance but in this case it was neither the above. I dont reccomend this agency.Read other reviews about this place and they are spot on. I did spend over and hour filling out their application and it was for nothing else but to keep their numbers up. The rep did admit to me that his sister runs the facility so there you have it. Hes got job security, so there isnt any pressure for him to actually perform to company standards.

Hands down to sync agency Marilyn is very helpful and professional. Even though i asked alot of questions she never gave me a negative respond always had the answer. This is the only agency in corona/riverside that kept it professional with me during my job search. Definitely recommend this agency. Thank you!

If youre looking for work, this is the place to go. Marilyn helped me a lot. Whenever I had a question, she was always quick to respond and always kept me updated on new openings. She pushed to find something for me as well. This place has never let me down and I never had any issues with my pay. I definitely recommend this place.

I applied with them last year they could never find me work very qualified individual now im a supervisor at Kelloggs food dont trust these people..

I called the office and told them if the Packer position is open still and they said yes. I so drove 26 miles to get to this place just for them to tell me that they don’t have the position available. I told Fernando to follow back up with me and he didn’t. Unprofessional, the receptionist isn’t professional, I told her that I needed to talk to Fernando but he was on his lunch break.... so I told her “Can you please let him know that I called up” and never followed up. This is a terrible agency. They don’t care about the people. I’ll spent an hour and a half filling paperwork just for them to say “Follow up with his next week” and I did. But they never hit me back up. Poor communication.... I know cats and dogs that communicate better than these people.

I just have to say that the staff and especially Marilyn Avila were amazing in the moment that I needed the job the most to help me find work quickly and in a safe environment Im very happy with all the help they have given me and with the opportunities there especially that they do have medical benefits and thats something that I really love especially for a job agency there its really rare for me to leave a review for any agency but since they left me overwhelmed with all the kindness and the amazing work they did to find me a place and theyre looking for something better for me so I recommend this place to any person thats looking for work so I just want to say once again thank you to all of you and especially to you Marilyn thank you sync staffing

Marilyn was very helpful and unjudgemental she helped me through the process and helped me get hired the same day, she is really professional and respectful what i like most is that even thou shes beautiful shes very humble. Best agency Ive ever worked with, hands down. Ive worked with a couple agencies in my time, and this by far takes the gold. The long terms benefits of working with this agency are by far the best Ive ever seen anywhere. I came into the office, knowing what I was looking for. & They definatley delivered on their part. Don’t apply here, horrible people, They make it seem all nice that your getting average $12.00 a job but the companies will fire you after 1 month . They only hire girls with big behinds to try to lure you into staying and getting the job . They give you $12.00 but they charge the company $15.00 or $16.00 per hour for you .

Ask for Marilyn or Claudia, they are not only kind and beautiful young women but they are intelligent and quick to get you a great paying job in the field of youre expertise.

Dont pay you on time when supposed to. I had to quit just so that they can hurry up and pay me from 2nd week that I started and I got my first weekly paycheck 3 weeks after... its was a hassle just dealing with them, they had me back and forth but never agian would I go to that location.

This is my great expierience at sync i just relocated from orange county and i have been out here for 6 months in the inland empire. I have dealt with many agencies in oc and ie but i have never got as much assistance than any other agency. But the causitive factor to my experience is due to there account representative marilyn avila.she goes beyond the next level to assistance in every aspect as to finding work for me shes patient always calling checking for work for me.and most important she treated me equally almost like family.just always trying find right job for me she wanted me to feel comfortable.so i recommend sync agency but most important id ask for marilyn avila thank you and god bless this agency.from arthur trejo

They have posted an opening job. I also called them to verify the opening job and told me to come in. I came in to their office, they let me fill up all the papers, interview and then recruiter said theres no more opening
