Staff text at all hours of the night so much u confuse it with spam! I had to block the number! Upon arrival was not professional demanded apology from my bf when he had nothing to apologise for. This was not professional at all if the employee decided to apologise fine but dont demand it getting emotions involved with job applicant. Professionals would not at all focus🕵‍♀️ on something so petty. 👎

So I worked 2 days here and I have direct deposit i was told I would receive my paycheck but I didnt and I kept calling still nothing so ummm can I I please get my money !!!!

I got lost when arriving just know its inside of Platt College staff is awesome though 🙂

Extremely hard to get in contact with and Rude! I Had to call more than 10 times to get in contact with someone just to get my User ID. When the phone finally got answered the person I talked with was Rude right away and complained about me calling until someone answered

Nicole and her fellow “managers” refused to pay my bonuses after working in 113 degree warehouses this summer for months.Not only did I show up every day for 2nd Shift, I arrived early, and pushed hard for my 12 hour laborious job. Unfortunately I had to threaten legal action before I was finally paid a portion.It is unbelievable that “staffing” agencies like this aren’t shut down already, liars & crooks.I am sure it’s in alignment with our criminal government.Do Not Work With Aerotek- horrible humans.

I worked 1 day. when I got home, they text me saying Im no longer to go back because that I was To Slow. If I done the job any faster I would be a F-N Robot. I told the boss that I dont Drink, He said that he Love to Drink; maybe get drunk. I didnt lose this Job because I was to slow. I just wasnt his type of drinking Buddy. this wasnt the Agencies fault, but they can return my phone calls at least. they promise me a new Job. but I doubt it. If they call up; Dont answer it.

I dont recommend this agency, specially if you have Nicole Mitani as your recruiter. She was very rude and decided not to give me a job, even though I did qualified for one.I saw an ad and applied, but she edited my resume and send it to another company. Then, she sent me to the interview with the company she chose, but that work was not related to my knowledge and experience so I asked if she could send my resume to the company I was applying for but she refused and said I will never be contacted by Aerotek for a job opportunity in the future.

Horrible place, Ive tried recently to get a job first time they made it clear they would discriminate against me a month later they call me tell me they want to give me a job said I wouldnt have to drive 100 miles to get to there office and after I got my start date they called me last minute saying I need to drive 100 miles, as well as about 2-3 years ago got mad when I wouldnt take a job 60 miles away in Redlands and said I wouldnt be able to work for them in the future if I didnt accept the job thats 120 miles per day of a drive. Worst temp agency in California by far.

Staff unprofessional, just focused on getting your information to sell to other marketing companies. Have to constantly call in to see if any work available, thats if they answer or return your call.

I have been with Aerotek for 5 monthes now, they put in a good word for there workers. Also got free lunch from one of the Staff, shows how much they value there people. Thanks again Aerotek!

Horrible place to work for. It has been over 7 months and I still have not got paid because their old representative doesnt work there anymore. Excuses and excuses with these people. Do yourself the favor and do not bother. Why work for the middle man?

Do not waste your time with this company! Applied for a few positions, went in for a meeting with (NICOLE MITANI) a day later to discuss about it more & she was immediately RUDE, Unprofessional, made me feel really discouraged and pretty much stated that she doesn’t “feel comfortable” finding me a job. Isn’t that what you’re there for? Do yourself a favor and DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Accumulated sick hours and when I used them they used it against me to day I was no responsible for work got layed off and lost 28 hours of sick time. Got another job with them but threw a different location and when I saw a different opportunity with better pay I was told I was lucky they even got me a job. If I can give them no stars I would like they told me your lucky I even gave you guys a star.

Had been waiting for awhile to work for a QC position then I get out into something completely unrelated after quitting a year later I try it again only to get out into a temp couple week place until another job in my field opens up. Couple hours into the first day I get sent home because they werent even prepared. While waiting to get called back I took another side job. Bills DONT wait and we shouldnt either if their making money off our work.

If one job location doesnt work out and you call to get reasigned they stop answering your phone callls.Even when you live a message on there phone they wont call you back.They are not good. And dont think management will help you they wont I havent wirked with thrm for a month and they deleted my employee portal now I cant get my paystubs smh.

Went to this agency at 1PM on a Tuesday. Not a single soul was in the office. Someone couldve robbed this place. I literally waited there for 20 minutes before an employee came in. I spoke with Nicole Mitani. She said shed get back to me. Its been over a week. I have called the agency and her phone numerous times per day. No answer no call back. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting this poor quality negative rated agency.

All i can say wow, this place really is a waste of time. I have left several voices mails with no response from anyone. This office is so unprofessional. Its been 2 weeks since i interviewed with them with no response from them so sad. I do agree with this other reviews, they dont deserve a 5 start review. They serve a -5.

This place secretary rude and the recruiter never return your phones.I was disappointed with recruiter waste my time to go for a forklift position and there was no position available.I will not recommend to any friend or family!

They work hard to find a job that fits you and malisa the receptionist is the nicest person you will ever meet it is a great place

Still waiting for my recruiter to get back to me...its been almost 2 months by the way. Ive pretty much given up on this areotek. I dont think they are all bad but the COMMUNICATION is definitely off at this location. I call and leave voicemails and she didnt have the common courtesy to call me back. If you had nothing available for me Ashley then you should have called and informed me of that instead of telling me to call you just to get a vm and no call back. I even called another Areotek and one of the young ladies there offered to send her an email to let her know that Ive been trying to get in contact with her.....That was a MONTH ago! Do Your Research, LISTEN to the reviews that you see here, and look into other agencies. Dont waste your time here!!!! I wouldnt recommend this areotek to anyone and I will definitely be spreading the word!!

I just called twice and both times HUNG UP ON as soon as I asked what type of information, and that’s it they hung up. Very rude NOT RECOMMEND

This staffing agency is the worse ever they promised me a job since october and they never called back i had already attended the orentation, cleared the background and drug testing and even tell this day ive never heard from them agin! They also take longer lunches than they should because i went two weeks later after the orentation to follow up with the job 10min after their lunch and they were still on their lunch.

They offered me a job and i passed backround drug test and i turned down other jobs for this temp company waited 3 weeks amd they said to push forward.why off jobs and no start date now i have to look again

I wouldn’t recommend working with the riverside location...excited to come back to work however after interview process I was going to be assigned work, I was set up for failure through there drug test process ...I confronted my worker about the issue and he blew me off being passive agressive commenting how I should raise my son...I came to the location with all the positive comment I’ve heard...now I can’t provide for my son for 6 months through them.

I applied here about a year ago and finally got a call asking if I was still looking for work

The lady basically told me I was wasting her time because I had 3 jobs in 1 year and she was not attempting to help me get a job what so ever.

Just finished working for them there so unorganized no communication if you need something done you have to find out for yourself.
